I found this on another site-

Beauty enthusiasts are encouraged to try the trends during Whole Foods Market’s annual
Beauty Week celebration. From Wednesday, March 27 to Tuesday, April 2, the national grocer will offer its entire wide selection of makeup, facial care, hair care, nail polish, perfume and makeup brushes at 25 percent off, with an additional 10 percent off for Prime members.

In addition, Whole Foods Market’s limited-edition Beauty Bags are back and available in limited quantities for $20 each (valued at more than $100 each) starting Friday, March 29, while supplies last. This year, shoppers can choose from one of two uniquely curated beauty bags, the All-Day Beautiful Bag or the Self-Care Sunday Bag, both containing new and trending products, along with some Whole Foods Market favorites, packaged in a handmade Queen Alaffia cosmetic bag.

The Whole Foods mailer states “Limit one bag per style per person. No further discounts apply” so it sounds like we can buy one of each bag.
Has anyone picked up a previous year’s bag at the Sacramento store? I’m wondering how quickly they’ve sold out in previous years. Thanks!

Yes, If I remember correctly it’s sold out in about an hour Last year. I was there an hour late and got the last one

A little disappointed… last year’s bag was super cute… these are more generic.. I’ll probably get one anyway.. may both.. just because I like to try new products.

Lynne

Doesn’t look as good as years past 🙁

Heather

Hard to tell from a low-res photo, but these don’t look as good as previous years. Lots of sheet masks. Hmmmm.

Cindy

I usually get these but I will be traveling at that time. I just checked and there aren’t any WF near where I will be.

I will console myself with the fact that I have so many products that I should be on a two year no buy…..

The “…shoppers can choose from one of two uniquely curated beauty bags…” phrasing suggests that the one bag per person limit may also again be enforced this year… Rats!

Yes, totally bummer . I dig the idea of having choice especially if was proven doen by skin car type. Howeber, what I read this is not the case . And I person per bag. I have tried for 4 years in a row to purchase a bag , sold out in 12 minutes… the line starts about 6 a..m . But, I am such a beauty junkie and love to try all the Whole Foods brand beauty items . I will make it a funexperience . Def, researching on which bag will be the best for me . I am huge skinrae an color guru, not sure about all these superfood powders that are all the rage . Also, just goung add, the past years items were many full sized items and lots of color, believe me I am not being negative Nancy or greedy, just seeems to be smaller one application type of sample ..oh and it worth the money for sure . Hmm.ok, yeah I sound like a Debbie downer , off to research what is all in the bag . 😊

That’s what I was thinking too. It looks like there’s some overlap between the bags, so I’m guessing the differences in products will be based on skin types (maybe combo/oily vs everything else?), and they figure that we’ll only want to get the bag for our specific type. Not this girl! I have oily skin, but I think that’s a blessing in disguise (in more ways than one), because I can easily use products for other skin types… including dry skin… I actually prefer super moisturizing & hydrating products… but I also enjoy clarifying & oil free products too!

From the photo, it seems more like a possible makeup vs. skincare/body care split to me. I may resort to bribing my male roommate to go with me.

I realize I am going to get a lot of crap for this but… I see so many comments say “I don’t need anything but I will go get it anyway”. Can I ask why? Why go buy something you don’t need or even want instead of leaving it there for others who do want it or need it? It was really sad to see all the full bags go up on swap last year.

Two comments; I’m a Prime member and couldnt use the ap in WF last time because i use an android. Not sure if that has changed.

Number two, they’re so sweet at the stores. My son attends college in Albany and that store will hold the bag for me if i call and make a request. Can’t count on the boy to remember to pick it up for me!

I would be surprised if you could purchase this with the app. The stores only get about 30-35 each.

I have last year’s up for swap. Full with product. Found it last month under my bathroom sink.

Jen

Yuck! That’s some old products.

Luna

Maybe try using the app again? I have an android and it’s never been an issue for me. I last used it at the store for an additional discount on a sale item just two weeks ago.

So excited for this bag! I missed last years 🙁 I get my WF order delivered free to my home through Amazon. I wonder if I can add on a beauty bag…?

The above description says in store only.

The nearest one to me is over 2.5
hrs away. Too bad.

I hope the stores I live by which are a lot have them. I will only need 1.

They closed the low-volume store near me (where I could *always* get the bags) and the one I go to now is far away and unlikely to have any left by the time I go grocery shopping on Saturday. Not worth it to fight that traffic on Friday.

Laura

I don’t have one near me either. Last time I drove about 40 minutes to one and they didn’t have any left – waste of time and gas. Wish they were online.

I call and reserve one… that day. I don’t know if your store does that but I was lucky because if I had not done so, no bag…. I seem to really love love the cute sturdy bags… lol

Luna

Awesome! I have that day off work! I don’t see anything in the pic that screams I have to have it, but I’ll still get up early on my day off to get the bag just because… 🙂

Nothing I need, but I already arranged with DH to drop off our daughter at school that morning so I can get to my WF when they open to snag mine. 🙂 I hope they let us pick up one of each bag.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

I just read a post that said that shoppers can choose from one of two bags, so I’m guessing we’ll only be able to pick one bag. Hopefully that’s not the case, but if it is, it looks like I may have to make two trips after all!

Luna

Oh that’s right! It does look like there are two separate sets of products coming out of each bag. I hope so too!

Svetlana7e

Same here, nothing that I need but I will stop just because WF is on my way to work, why not make a little detour?

Luna

Exactly 😉 I rarely go to Whole Foods even though I have a few near me, so it’s exciting when I do go, and it’ll give me a chance to check out their Whole Body dept since a lot of stuff will be on sale too. Don’t Prime members get an extra 10% off sale items at Whole Foods? Hopefully, that’ll mean 35% off everything instead of 25%! Not that I plan on really getting anything, but I may treat myself to something if it really catches my eye.
