I guess I forgot to skip in March and they charged me the credits fee, which I didn’t even notice until I was browsing through my credit card charges. No email or anything telling me to pick an outfit.

Amber, if it’s the first time that’s happened, I recommend emailing or calling customer service. In the past they’ve refunded me, especially if it was the first time I called about forgetting to skip. Hope they help!
