Where can you swap boxy stuff? I love getting certain items like brushes and pallets and mascara but I rarely use the rest. I have two cover fx palletes from the last box one light one dark also two of the wander masks a bunch of tatcha masks coco cabana cream, a bum bum cream, rainforest of the sea volume 111, Elmis cream, cover fx glitter drops, And way more everything is new and unswatched. Id like to sell or trade but I don’t know where to do that?

I always thing the colors are pretty but I never reach for npur palettes. Honestly im sick of these 3 brands..really considering switching to Ipsy luxe. Theyre getting Huda, Smashbox, ITcosmetics ect while we get what seems like the same thing over and over. The only thing I’m looking forward to is the glitter shadows so I can practice a cut crease with a glitter line

I’m always so torn with these Pur palettes. I love the layouts they do, but their quality is so inconsistent. I think I’d actually prefer if they were all bad, because then I’d know what to expect and could plan accordingly. Currently, there’s just enough good ones to always get my hopes up, but enough bad one to end up letting me down.

Ugh! I never complain because I believe that part of the fun of getting a box subscription is to sometimes get things you’d never normally buy. But Coachella’s owner is a huge donator to anti-LGBT groups. 🙁

Feel free to send me ALL of the Luxie brushes! They’re my absolute favorite! I also love Dr. Brandt products, and this Palette is gorgeous, I’m excited to see the full spoilers!

I always love getting makeup brushes in anything. I’m a little addicted to them

I’m so burned out on all three of those brands from all the beauty boxes I’ve subscribed to or purchased. The palette is pretty but I have so many I haven’t touched. I love Dr Brandt but my fear is that it will be another one of his face scrubs that I have several of and can’t even use because they’re too harsh. I think I’m probably all set on brushes for a while unless it’s something new I haven’t seen before. When I first saw Coachella I thought, “Oh no! GLITTER!!!!” I was thinking rainbow highlighters and glitter/shimmer spray for hair and body. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but I’m about two decades too old to pull that look off. 😄. I’m skipping this box unless they release specific spoilers that interest me before April 1st.

Same, I love the face scrubs. I almost cried in my shower cause I had run out of my favorite scrub LOL.

Ashley

I’d love the face scrubs if you are maybe on the swap site?

Lacy

Hi what is the swap site you’re mentioning? I’d love to check it out. Thanks

Lori

Lame. I wonder what percentage of their subscribers this appeals to, genuinely. I’m sure some, but I feel like going to music festivals gets old after your 20s. Maybe I’m just old, haha.

I think BoxyCharm should stop coming up with a theme each month because it adds pressure to obtain products to match the theme.. I think they should spend more time reaching out to brands that people want to try, and stop trying so hard to find products that match a theme..

WELL SAID!!!

I guess I’m the oddball because I like the palettes I’ve tried from PUR. If I’m seeing correct that there’s three mattes in this one it will be a great go to spring and summer palette.

I want to try Peace Out Dark Spots, but I don’t want to pay full price to try them. Seems like a good fit for the theme

I can’t imagine Boxy having a product that new In one of their regular boxes. Order or buy them from Sephora and experiment on just one or two spots. If they don’t work return them. That’s what I’m doing. They claim treating a spot twice a week for two weeks will work. I’m starting my trial tonight.

Reply ButtonReply

Tatiana

Be careful with returning too much. Sephora wont let you after a lot of returns.

Annie

My daughter gets the palette, but they have me at Luxie and Dr Brandt 🙂

Just cancelled I can tell there’s no way I would like this box!

Despite somebody’s nearly psychotic rant on the last Boxee charm post. I don’t think the problem with pur Is the quality of brush anyone’s using I’m fairly certain after having tried at least nine different pallets from them mostly thanks to Boxee charm that there’s just nothing about the quality of their products that excites me. However I am curious about Lexi and Dr. Brandt not enough to resubscribe until I see the spoilers but at least I’m interested again

Nicole

I saw that and it was unnecessary.😔 I don’t think the overwhelming amount of people unhappy with the quality of Pur happen to have poor quality brushes or lack of skill. I think we can all make eyeshadow work. However, some of us don’t want to have to work harder to “make” eyeshadow work, we want what we are using to blend out easily. There’s nothing wrong with setting standards or having expectations in regard to quality and the point is to try new things, so why the 5th Pur palette for Boxy anyways? We’ve done tried it! As far as colors for corporate or otherwise, that all comes down to personal preference. That point could have been made without attacking people by simply saying “This is the nature of sub boxes, not everyone will like everything. Give it a try or cancel if you’re really that unhappy.” I mean, if you don’t like complaints then get out of the MSA comments section, this isn’t the place for you.😂

If you consider that post psychotic then you clearly haven’t spent much time on the internet. That was nothing.

You guys need to learn that the only way to quiet trolls is to stop feeding them. They are starving for attention. Starve them and they move on.

Tamichiko

Yeah, I saw that and told her to calm down because it wasn’t even that serious.

Reply ButtonReply

Julie

Which post?? I can’t find it. I gotta read it now 😂😂😂

Reply ButtonReply

Kenley

I’m having a hard time finding it too

Lori

Ha! That was hilarious. It almost sounds like a Boxy employee who’s sick of trying to please everyone, haha.

Courtney

Really you think so ? I honestly thought it sounded like my hyper emotional 16-year-old daughter who is under the impression that working for a corporate owned Taco Bell instead of a franchise store is the equivalent of working in the corporate world and who thinks buying Revlon instead of wet and wild or elf is considered luxe and I’m not trying to be snarky at all that’s really what my daughter was like at 16 …. thankfully we both survived her teenage years ….barely

I thought they blocked profanity? I also went back and looked…

I agree folks complain a lot but that was harsh and kind of a personal attack on folks! 🙁

I hope we can all disagree respectfully and appreciate different opinions. Not just in here but in society in general we don’t do a good job having different opinions without getting personal or villanizing each other. Personal preferences don’t dictate skill or value.

Sally

Not always. I’ve seen the f word on several posts before as well as the p word-to describe female genital. I think sometimes things slip through. We’re adults so who cares? If it offends you don’t read it.

Tamichiko

I agree with you on this. It’s okay to have different tastes, and everyone is going to have different opinions, but we should agree or disagree in a respectful manner.

Courtney

🖐 I went back to look too. I’m bored haha but it was interesting

I have never used a good pur palette the pigments and blend is terrible on every single one I’ve had. So not excited

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

Agree. I’m not terribly picky about eyeshadow, but they are just bad.
