BootayBag is a women’s underwear subscription box for sizes XS-XL. Choose to get one or two pairs of underwear, picked according to your preferences. You can pick "Always Thong", "Never Thong", or "Mix It Up".

This box was sent to us at no cost for review. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

This is a review of the 2-Pair Bootaybag "Mix it Up" box, which is $13 a month, box. I signed up for the size XL package. (I have been losing weight, and to be honest I have no idea what size I am in anything even more. It’s definitely a bit of a guessing game!)

Black Panty with Lace

This black panty with lace edging is really a classic style- I love it! The main fabric is a comfy blend of rayon and spandex (yay for stretch!), and the gusset is 100% cotton. Also, if you share your box on social media with #undermatters, BootayBag will donate to the Melanoma Foundation!

Mint Lace Thong

This sheer lace panty has a fun chevron design across the main body of the thong, and the waistband has a bit of stretch- nobody likes undies that dig into your hips! I think the color is fun for spring, and I was happy with the comfort level for such a flirty pair of undies.

Sorry Not Sorry Bralette – Add-on Price $14

Each month a bralette can be added on to your subscription from the extras shop, and it will match the undies included in that month's box! This bralette features the same mint green lace with black edging, and it was surprisingly comfy! This wasn't very supportive, but it was perfect for wearing under a t-shirt to be comfy while having a little bit of coverage. I also like that the pads on the bralette are removable, so you can go fully sheer if that's what you're looking for. The band on this bralette had stretch, and it fits me well. The only thing I don't like is that this is hand wash only, but it is understandable considering the fabric.

The Verdict: My mom hates paying for toilet paper, and I hate paying for undies. I think the $13 cost of BootayBag to get two cute pairs of undies of decent quality is a great set up, and I was really happy with both styles I received this month. I would definitely wash these pairs on the delicate cycle, but other than that I think these should hold up reasonably well. Plus, I love that you have the option of getting a full matching set for under $30!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes, you have all month to get the current month’s bag!

Deal: Use this link to save 25% off your first month!

Value Breakdown: This 2-pair subscription costs $13.00 (with free shipping), meaning each of the two undies cost about $6.50 each.

I like Bootybag for the surprise element of it and dont mind paying $13 for 2 usually sexy pair of panties in various styles. My boyfriend approves, lol.

Even using delicate cycle you need a laundry bag. They are not very expensive and can be found at Target, WalMart. Also, if your washer does not have a separate cycle (knob and all) for delicate it is really not delicate except for the washing and rinsing and spinning are not delicate.

In my opinion 2 pairs of underwear For 13 is pricey. I always look for deals at Target, T.J maxx , Marshall’s, JCPennys, Victoria’s Secret dor any great deals their havinf some underies can be as low as 1.50 at Marshall’s so your all set to buy 4 pairs, if Vicyorias secte has a deal buy 4 for 16 then I’m going for the more bang for my buck. Also I prefer boyshorts underwear covers rhe buttcheeks and for me after after 3 childrens just seems more my style for supporr and comforr and mkes rhe butt looks cute. The add on is not too bad od a price but combined one bralette and 2 pairs of underwear for under 30 isn’t much of a deal. But like I sais thats my opinion.. They should offer a subscription box of 4 pairs for 20. Then rbeyd have alot more customers or 3 pairs and one bralette for 30.

Very cute undies and I love the bralette. Love it all! And congrats on the weight loss, that is never easy.

I like to wear real casual cotton bralette as sleeping bras. Otherwise it hurts when I turn over. These lacy bralette are not practical for that, but they are cute under a tank. If anyone needs a sleeping bra, Haynes makes a cotton/spandex casual bralette that is super comfy and not too expensive.

I also procrastinate on buying new undies and ever 8 months or so, too long to wait, I go online to aerie and buy usually 10 pairs on sale. It usually costs me around 35.00 dollars and I throw in a pair of pajama pants to get free shipping. It’s cheaper than the subs and the panties are super cute.

Even with that, I would like to get an underwear sub for about 6 months and see if the convenience makes it worth it.

Do you all think it’s worth the cost.?

I had splendies for a while and thought it was for sure worth it, but it was 3 pairs for $13.95 i think?? There are reviews on here. They have the option to have all thongs, no thongs or mix and match. I did the mixed for several months and always seemed to receive 2 regular, either boyshorts or bikini style and 1 thong every month. I would recommend them for an affordable underwear sub.

Can you tell a little about the sizing? You mentioned XL-would love to know what size range that actually fits & if it’s true to size, runs small, etc?

Erin

According to their size chart:
xl is for hips size 41-42 inches
L is for hips size 39-40
M is for hips size 37-38
S is for hips size 35-36
Xs is for hips size 33-34
