Mind Reader Game – Retail Value $9.77

This was a cool inclusion; I have never received a game in this subscription before. It came with 4 headbands, 2 dry erase markers and instructions for play. I enjoy playing games with my kids, especially games like this. It is similar to the Headbands game (or the Heads Up app) except we get to choose our own object, animal, place, famous character or person.

The headbands remind me of tin foil but seem to work okay and the markers were hard to get going at first but did their job. All in all, it is something we will pull out time and time again, so very cool inclusion this month.

Space Invaders Projection Light – Retail Value $16.49

This is such a nostalgic item! It is cute and small and so much fun and looks just like the arcade game.

But it doesn’t affect the light. The lamp lights up so many colors! Blue, green, red, yellow, purple and even colors mixed!

But I have a complaint: when I opened the box, it was damaged. The screen is punctured on part of the edge.

Here is the projection and some of my favorite mixes. Again, what a cool light!

Mini Mystery Box Of Awesome February 2019 - Pooquet Spray 1 Mini Mystery Box Of Awesome February 2019 - Pooquet Spray 2 Mini Mystery Box Of Awesome February 2019 - Pooquet Spray 3

Pooquet Spray

I will not lie to you – I was a bit excited to receive this. Obviously, when I saw it, I instantly thought it was an off-brand of Poo-pourri, but I have never had the desire to purchase it because I feel it is a bit expensive. It is self-explanatory: spray before you go and mask the smell. As soon as I took this bottle out of the box, I was hit with a citrusy scent. Tip-toeing around the TMI line, it appeared to do its job and really left the lavatory smelling citrusy. Unfortunately, no matter how I searched I could not find this online.

Verdict: I enjoyed this month’s Mini Mystery Box by Jamminbutter. Every item will be used more than once and everyone in my household enjoyed them all. Even though I could not find the value of the spray, the $26.26 total of the game and the light exceed the value of the $9.99 box costs, so it was a good value this month.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Each box is completely random. You may get some of the same items or you may get totally different ones!

Value Breakdown: This box costs $9.99 + free shipping, which means that each of the 3 items in the box has an average cost of $3.33.

I received a spray in my mystery bag, and while it is a citrus scent, it’s called Stinky Bowl Spray. It doesn’t look nearly as classy as yours does, but it does work! 😆
I also received magnet letters for my fridge and a stuffed valentine themed skunk for my two kids to fight over.
All in all, not a bad bag. I’ll actually use everything in it this month.

I’ve never tried any “poo-pouri’s” I do wonder how septic safe that stuff is though. I just recently had to pay $2,700 to replace my entire drain field to my septic due to the whole homemade sugar scrub trend.

Gabriella

I was able to find the Pooquet Spray. Unfortunately, you can only buy it as a case of 24!

Thanks, Gabriella! That is an expensive case — but still a lot cheaper than Poo-pourri!

I Agree with Abby! And yes poo-pourri is too costly. I know there is a easy home made recipe just never got around to it.

Alrighty, Lynn, I am curious. Off to search for a homemade recipe! The kids will enjoy making it and, uh, testing it out 😂
