I love chickens so I am super stoked to see such colorful birds make an appearance on this month's bag! This sub always has the prettiest and most unique patterns on their pouches.
Jelly Pong Pong Cosmetics - Lip Patine in "Talisman", 2.5 g - Retail Value $22.00
This color is much more wearable than the swatch photo on the Jelly Pong website suggests. The fact that is is much less metallic is actually a bonus for me since I feel I look a little silly in a full-blown chrome inspired lip. It is a deep dirty red with hints of bronze and orange. It is actually a really great color on my fair skin, though I could see it working for most anyone since the formula is buildable.

I like this cream highlighter very much! It is a soft rose colored shimmer in a smooth pearl base. I often wear my highlighters mixed directly with my foundation because I am terrible at making them sit on top of it and still look dewy instead of cakey. I mixed this with one of my liquid foundations on the back of my hand, and then applied it with a foundation brush. My whole face had a nice subtle glow and I got compliments on my skin all day. A little goes a long way.

Trifle Cosmetics - Summer Souffle, 1.01 fl oz - Retail Value $14.95
I wish I had the right skin tone for this product, but I have yet to find a bronzer that works on my super fair skin. If you have skin that isn't as pale, I feel like you would love this formula! It has such a pretty texture and would sit under makeup and add that dewy glow that we all want. I like this stuff so much I am going to hold onto it until summer, in hopes that a few weeks in the warm sun might make this a viable option for me. You could also use this to highlight your legs and collarbone.

Jelly Pong Pong Cosmetics - Hummingbird Palette in "California Nights", 0.23 oz - Retail Value $35.00
This palette is absolutely beautiful! I love that the shadows are in pars, yet they all can work really well together. They are sheer is used sparingly, but with a little bit of pressure and building, they are super in your face pigmented. This is easily a palette that could go from day to night with very little effort. I appreciated that the packaging did include a mirror.

Verdict: If you love cruelty-free makeup, the So Susan Color Curate subscription really is a no brainer for the value. This sub costs $20.95 and has a retail value of $112.95. That is a lot of value! The products are always on trend and super fresh, but usually in shades and colors that are not that far out there or difficult to wear. I loved every single thing this month, though the bronzer is too dark for me. I am borderline obsessed with the lipstick, as I have nothing like it in my kit, and never would have even given it a second glance if I had been shopping for myself. The formula of the highlighter is a dream, and the eyeshadows are super easy to wear. No complaints here! Can't wait until next month.
