Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 Review

I sometimes find the dog version of Pet Treater a little bit random but the cat version (maybe because it is smaller) is often a little more focused:

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Booklet Front Top Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Booklet Back Top Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Sticker Top

There’s not a traditional information card with this subscription, but you get a couple of inserts including a humorous sticker.

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Boinks Kitty Flicks Top

Boinks Kitty Flicks (3 pack) – Retail Value $3.75

The cats liked to play with these but they don’t make for great still photos. You compress them and then let them go flying, or Monkey seems to just like batting them around on his own.

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Wobble Toy Top

Kathy Ireland Loved Ones Wobble Toy – Retail Value $6.99

This is supposed to be a wobble toy that rights itself when tipped over, but it doesn’t work super well. Angus had fun playing with it, regardless.

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - The Cat’s Meowee Premium Grade Catnip Top

The Cat’s Meowee Premium Grade Catnip (0.352 oz) – Retail Value $6.99

Take this retail value with a grain of salt because I could only find it on eBay and from third-party sellers on Amazon, with wildly varying prices. Anyway, it is a generous amount and comes in a resealable bag, which is convenient. And it’s been quite handy for refreshing scratch pads around the house.

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Prime Taste Treats Super Salmon Top

Prime Taste Treats Super Salmon (2.1 oz) – Retail Value $2.99

These are crunchy treats that are supposed to help your cat’s teeth (or something). I’m not sure if I think treats are really going to clean teeth, but the cats seem to like them pretty well and that’s all that really matters.

Angus liked the toys. I’m glad since he definitely can’t have treats any longer – he was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease earlier this week. (If you see the shaved area on one of his front legs, that’s where they put the IV in when they did the endoscopy and biopsies.)

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Madison 1 Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Madison 2

Have to get a good Madison tongue shot in there.

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Monkey 1 Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Monkey 2

I think Monkey is offering some tongue picture competition here, though.

Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Sneaky 1 Pet Treater Cat Pack January 2019 - Sneaky 2

Sneaky’s pictures always look like this. The camera focuses and then she moves (aggressively) and the pictures end up blurry. At least she didn’t make me bleed this time.

Mr. Kitty still isn’t looking his best but we have adjusted his eye drops once again and hopefully, things will be better soon. He is otherwise doing quite well.

Verdict: I calculated a total value of $20.72 for the January 2019 Pet Treater Cat Pack. The toys were well-received and the catnip was a hit, and of course Sneaky and Madison and Monkey enjoyed the treats, so this was a good month for us.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you’d receive February’s package as your first shipment. Also, there may be some variation among boxes sent during the same month.

LIMITED TIME DEAL: For a limited time, use coupon code YESMEOW to get your first Pet Treater Cat Pack for only $7!

Value Breakdown: At $15.00 per month for this subscription, you are paying approximately the following per item:

  • Kitty flicks $2.71
  • Wobble toy $5.06
  • Catnip $5.06
  • Treats $2.16

Just got back from the veterinary ophthalmologist’s office. Mr. Kitty is looking much better and you may be seeing him in reviews again soon!
