This is some of the loveliest packaging I've experienced with a subscription box. Every detail seems to be thought through. Even the box is perfect for storing keepsake items or photos.

Maeven Bride Box December 2018 Review

This month, Maeven focuses on fun, fashionable items for your wedding day and bachelorette party. It's so exciting to celebrate with friends and family leading up to the wedding day! Let's see what we got:

Each month, subscribers will receive a mini magazine filled with descriptions of the included items, advice from wedding pros, and real-life inspiration.

Mrs tee Mrs Tee decal detail Mrs Tee worn

Mrs. T-Shirt

I think it's obligatory to have a cute tee with your new status on it for the honeymoon, right? I wish I had had this for mine. The best part is that, after your wedding, you'll be able to wear this anytime. The lilac decal matches perfectly with the color scheme this month and the slim fit tee is soft and perfect for bed or for lounging.

Mr and Mrs wood chair signs detail of wood chair sign

Wood Chair Signs

If you remember the Intro Box review, there was a cake topper in this same laser cut wood style. I love that Maeven Box carries their themes throughout the subscription. You get both a Mr and Mrs sign and some twine to tie it to your chairs. They're about 9" wide, so they're perfect for cute Insta pictures too! I can see these being great at either the wedding or a shower if you go co-ed.

sheet mask front sheet mask back

Flashmasque Hydrate Sheet Mask - Estimated Value $7.50 (buy a 4-pack for $30.00)

Don't underestimate the importance of hydration...or masking for that matter. After a long night (or weekend) of celebrating, your skin could probably use some love. This sheet mask gives a quick dose of hydration and a chance to relax for 5-minutes. My skin loved it!

jewelry pouch earrings earrings worn

Tassel Earrings

You might have noticed these tassels in my Mrs tee shirt photos above. I love big earrings and these are just too fun! The lilac strands are held by a textured gold wrap at the top making them the perfect compliment to either the Mrs tee or the Bride-To-Be sash (keep reading!). Plus, they're lightweight and comfortable to wear.

Bride to Be Sash Brie to Be Sash worn

Bride-To-Be Sash

So, you probably wouldn't wear this sash over the Mrs tee, but you should certainly wear it every chance you get leading up to your big day! This would be perfect for donning to wedding shows and, of course, for your bachelorette parties. Basically anytime you want to be spoiled, slip this sash on.

Daily Planning Notepad

I love that Maeven thought of including a little notepad to help keep brides on track. I had a super laid back planning process but it still got hectic sometimes. It's great to be able to jot down your goals and to-do list on a day to day basis, even if you aren't doing any wedding stuff that day. Even though I'm done with wedding planning, I still think this is useful for keeping up with my tasks. And, water intake – we already talked about how important hydration is! 🙂

Verdict: If you are a bride or know a bride that's planning a wedding, Maeven Bride Box is absolutely a subscription you should look into. From the beautiful packaging to the practical and keepsake-worthy items, I'm super impressed with how well thought out each detail is. I would have loved to have received this as a gift during my wedding planning process and certainly would have subscribed myself. This month, Maeven sent several items that are perfect for all the fun events leading up to the wedding, like bridal shows and bachelorette parties. I can't wait to see what Maeven has in store next month.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? If you sign up today (or any day) your first box will be the Intro Box, then you'll fall in with the monthly theme each month.

Value Breakdown: At $51.90 ($44.95+ $6.95 shipping) each of the 6 items has a value of about $8.65.
