LiveGlam KissMe January 2019 Review

The lippies come in a little drawstring pouch each month.

This month’s collection theme is by far the cutest!! It features furry friends and is called “Pawllywood”.

You can tag your photos for a chance to be featured on their social media.

This part explains that the theme is dedicated to pets to celebrate KissMe being vegan and cruelty-free! It also has special packaging this month!

Of course, each shade is modeled and has a brief description.

Each tube of liquid lipstick is 2.8 ml and the packaging typically has metallic rose gold accents but sometimes changes- this month has adorable paw prints all over it to fit the “Pawllywood” pets theme! So sweet!

The application wand that it comes with is nice and big and retains a quite a bit of product.

The bottom is always labeled with the color in case you want to swap in the future and need to know!

LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Matte Lipstick in Puparazzi – Retail Value $10.00

I love this color, but I have to say that it does feel a little dryer than usual. I’d suggest piling on the lip balm before applying this one. The pigment is terrific though and it totally stays put without smearing or transferring once it’s dry. The bold yet soft pink is a great everyday color for me.

LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Satin-Metallic Lipstick in Vanity Furr– Retail Value $10.00

Too bad this one didn’t come a little sooner in the holiday collection because the bold red metallic hue is perfect for parties! I’ll have to reserve this for a night out since I can’t see wearing it to the office, but that’s just me. Like the pink shade, this pigment is poppin’ and it doesn’t go overboard with glitter but stays a shimmery metallic to add dimension to my lips. It actually has sort of a raspberry tint to it as well.

LiveGlam KissMe Liquid Matte Lipstick in Furrari – Retail Value $10.00

I got really excited about this super dark shade. At first, I thought it was black but it’s actually a really deep plum shade. The formula is a bit thicker than the others so I had to take more care while applying. It also is one of those shades that you’ll have to battle to take off at night and will leave a little pigment behind even after removing. Good news for staying power, bad news if you need nude lips soon after wearing.

Verdict: The January KissMe collection is too cute! On top of including sweet furry friends, they’ve included three pretty great shades. I have to admit- I think the metallic red shade is my fave which is shocking. The dark plum might be a little too dark for me, but the peachy pink one is purrrfect.
