BUYER BEWARE! I never received my box and got the run a round by this company. After waiting patiently, I emailed and was told it was lost in the mail. I was told that a new box was being sent THAT DAY. After days of not receiving a tracking email or it showing up on my USPS tracking, I got frustrated and canceled. I tried to check in again and was basically told USPS lost my box and that I can make a claim? This is not only problematic from a customer service perspective, but furthermore, the original USPS tracking never showed the package was even accepted by USPS. Apparently the second box was never sent as promised either. It took way too many emails back and forth with their customer service to even get a refund. I sub to a lot of boxes and this was the biggest disappointment and worst waste of my time!
