I STILL have not gotten my Winter Box so I’m hoping they’re focusing on getting those out first LOL…though at this rate I’m pretty sure I’ll get Spring first….and my add-on will just never arrive.

I am so frustrated with this company and I will never order from them ever again. Like many others I never received the beauty bundle, only the Osea Oil. They have ignored my emails and facebook messages for over a month, even after ASSURING me in a facebook message that I would be receiving the other 2 items. I am so fed up that I have now disputed part of my charge with my credit card company and I have emailed them for the 2nd time telling them that if they don’t cancel my subscription I will dispute the next charge they try to apply to my credit card as well!

They are also deleting comments on Facebook because I commented and went back to it and it was gone!! Hiding from future customers the truth of your business is horrible and I feel sorry for the people who will be sucked in.

I don’t know how they stay in business! Worst customer service ever!!!

I still haven’t received my box which was paid for on 11/6 as part of an annual renewal. Those boxes were supposed to ship the middle of December. Customer service finally replied to my messages after weeks of zero communication and both times said they realized the mistake, it had something to do with their warehouse and they were sending it with expedited shipping. That was nearly two weeks ago and I still don’t have the box. I don’t think I’m ever going to get the box or my add-on.

Would NEVER recommend this box. Awful customer service. They did a bait & switch with an offer over black friday. Claiming the promo we bought was while supplies last (though they fulfilled orders that were way later than black Friday – so they dont ship in order received). Be warned. They are not on the up and up.

I still haven’t received my box ordered on Black Friday.
I understand that their customer service is probably overworked and understaffed but I haven’t had a response from them for over a week now.

Would really just like a refund at this point as the box was a gift.

Is anyone else in a similar situation?

Yes, I’m in a nightmare situation as well as I ordered the box on November 14th (!!!) intending to use it for gifts for 2 sisters in law. Now it’s Jan 8 and I was charged for it Nov 14th, and have been emailing **and** calling them to no avail. Yesterday I reported Box of Style to the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles. We’ll see if that gets me anywhere, but I’m not hopeful. Glad I’m not alone though 🙁

Hello, I have noticed that several people have commented stating that Box Of Style has failed to ship goods paid for and / or has failed to communicate with customers. I have legal training and will be pursuing a lawsuit to recover my monies from this company and Rachel Zoe Inc., the parent company. Please DM me if you would like to add your name to the lawsuit and I will try my best to get recourse for all of us affected.

Anyone who cancelled this box beware!

I cancelled my subscription on 1/5, received confirmation that my cancellation would go into effect on 2/14 (suspicious delay) & my credit card was CHARGED $99 for the spring box today 2/15. Luckily, I receive notifications on my cell phone of credit card charges immediately otherwise I might not have known until the box arrived (assuming they were intending to ship me a box?).

Everyone who cancelled, check your credit card charges!

You have my blessings Christina! Someone needs to do this! They sent me the Kopari duo, valued at $36, which I did not want, nor did I order, as replacements for the Oribe lipstick and the Smith and Cult pallette which I DID want valued at $86. Go for it! And good luck.

All the service issues aside this just isn’t a good deal. The last several boxes have been available for $25-$50 of a box and they rarely sell out.

Wow. After reading a lot of negativ reviews I had to share my experience. It’s been nothing but excellent. I haven’t taken my ring or my watch off only to shower and both are still in excellent shape. I love them. I’m enjoying my box. I’ve been off and on with BOS for three years now and never, ever had a problem. I love Rachel.

Don’t do it. Even if you see a spoiler you like, the quality may well be so poor you’ll get almost no use out of it. They’re either incompetent or liars. Spend your money on another box.

My ring also broke in half. It’s plastic and yet RV is over $80? I contacted CS and they are sending a new one, but I canceled anyway. The high quality of BOS is why I started subscribing a couple of years ago, but now that’s gone. So disappointed.

They promised A LOT of people the Makeup Bundle on Black Friday. They then offered the same lipstick from that bundle in another promotion to gain subscribers. And taking well over a month to ship, they did not include the makeup bundle. Nor did they say anything about why. After countless emails with no response, I was offered some cheap mascara as a replacement for an almost $200 makeup bundle. No thanks. Keep your shoddy mascara and your box. Not only did I file BBB complaint but I keep posting on their Facebook and they keep deleting it and putting fake ‘happy’ customer comments up. This is NOT a cheap subscription. If it was, I’d let it go with lesson learned. But when you take $100 of my hard earned money as well as MANY others hard earned money, I can’t just sit idly by and allow it. If I were Rachel Zoe, I wouldn’t want my name associated with such a disgrace of a company.

The one thing i’m Concerned about was when I cancelled my subscription after my box was shipped, they told me my subscription would end in February. I know it’s a quarterly box but I feel that it should have been cancelled right away. Not in February.

My Sunday Riley leaked EVERYWHERE! And was just destroyed. And it’s a mystery why, because the lid was so tight I could barely open it! The watch fell apart within 2 days,, going to have to go to the bank and get a new debit card, because they won’t STOP charging my Card even though I have tried to cancel multiple times!! BEWARE!!!!!!!

My Sunday Riley also leaked everywhere. They also did not include the free beauty bundle, that was the thing that initially got me to sign up. When I emailed, it took weeks to get a response and they said they ran out of the items….. I hate them!

My beautiful watch started falling apart after 3 wears, and my beauty bundle (palette, lipstick, & face oil) was downgraded to just a face oil. Customer support just got back to me and apologized for not advertising that the bundle was “while supplies last”. She said they’re sending a differenr replacement bundle and that’s nice but it’s still not what I paid for. In retrospect, it was $80 not well spent.

My LuvAJ ring broke into two neat clean pieces about an hour after I’d put it on for the first time. I was not doing anything to put pressure or stress on it or my fine jewelry I wear.

I didn’t email them about it because I know they’d not do anything. And because I didn’t want another one, if that’s the quality.

Yes, buyer beware! Especially pre-paying and committing to a year of this terrible company. I was a long-time subscriber so when I received the email with this sale I scoffed and deleted it. Consistently terrible customer service through the quarters. I unsubscribed a year ago and it is disappointing reading the comments and seeing this box’s CS hasn’t improved.

My ring broke in half an hour into wearing it and my friend who bought a box with $100 worth of add-ons didn’t get her box by Christmas and has yet to receive it (and got canned responses with no help after 3 emails). This box has some serious problems.

ABC, You’re not the only one. Not only did they over-sell they have taken almost 2 months to respond to us, their loyal customers. I have been with them since December 2015. I too, ordered add-ons. I posted twice on their Fb page. Left 4 voice messages & half a dozen emails until I received this email:

“I am so sorry for the delay in response from us!! I am embarrassed it has taken us so long to resolve this issue with you. Unfortunately, we are finding out that some customers have not received boxes due to an error in our system. To make matter worse, we are sold out of complete winter box sets. We still have the individual items so if you still wanted the products, I can expedite them to you! I understand that at this point you probably want a refund, I can process that for you too.

​If you wanted a complete box, we are now selling the Select Edition box, you can view the items on our site. I can ship this box to you with your add-ons, if you are still interested.

​Please let me know! I sincelerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused and I will do my best to make sure you are happy with the outcome!”

Keep trying to contact them so you can get a refund. Personally, I don’t know what has happened to the quality of their items. It’s really sad to see.

I knew I should’ve stayed seasonal. I don’t think I would’ve had an issue if I didn’t upgrade to annual and buy add-ons….which were gifts…so that’s out the door.
I have repeatedly sent messages to customer service and asked for a refund. They’ve had nearly $500 of my money since 11/6. All I get back is an automated response after about a week saying they’re so busy and my email is still in queue to be answered.
If they can’t fulfill orders they should send a message apologizing and refund everyone. It’s not like other subs haven’t had fulfillment issues, but the way BOS handled this was unprofessional…bordering on fraudulent.

DON’T DO IT!!! They are awful and promise you the world to subscribe and then don’t send you what you paid for! And forget customer service. There’s no phone number to call- you HAVE to email. And they don’t ever answer.

Until Box of Style resolves my complaint from November 2018 they are not getting any more of my money. I love their fashion style but sending four emails saying we are busy but you are still in line for over 2 months is not going to cut it no matter how appealing the items may be. Address the issue!
