I got an email yesterday stating that we will no longer be receiving a makeup bag every three months with our glam bag plus subscription. I’m ok with this because I have plenty of makeup bags. They said it was to provide us with better products going forward, which sounds perfect to me!

I signed up the 5th and was supposed to wait until January. I emailed them and was changed to December! My first bag is due the 21st!! Keep emailing!!

Me too. I signed up dec. 2nd and my account says I will not get December. My first bag will be January. 🤷🏻♀️

If you email them asking to get the Dec. box you might still be able to get it. I signed up on Dec. 15, saw it stated I was getting the Jan. bag first, so I emailed them that night and received a response back that I am getting the Dec. bag! The products just showed up on my home page today and the bag is being prepared!!! 🙂

My estimated arrival date was the 17th. It sat God knows where from the 11th to 17th, and now says I’ll be getting it the 21st. It comes later and later every month, which is annoying.
