Hi! I know this is late, but has everyone received their edit sale items? I got my editors box, but nothing else. I have been billed for everything, but there is no post of order processing. I’m worried. I’ve spoken to CS several times and they keep delaying. Can I just cancel the order at this point? I’ve been with them for years and I’ve never had anything like this happen. I just don’t want to pay several hundred dollars and get nothing in return. 😞

I had a label created on January 17 and another on the 23rd but neither have moved yet. I received an email from FFF that my order wouldn’t make the shipping deadline for annuals so I’m at least happy that they kept me in the loop. hopefully they will ship out soon as I’d love to try things out in case they offer them again as add-one next month and I want to get more.

Liz Cadman, do you know when this will bill? Thanks.

I’m really disappointed. I purchased something in the fall edit sale, and they sent the wrong item. I’ve chatted with them twice prior to today, and was initially reassured that they would send me a replacement item. About 1.5 months later, I checked to see what happened with the replacement item, and something went wrong with printing the label and shipping it. 1.5 months later I still don’t have the item and chatted with them to see about the status of it. They still don’t know. I requested a refund, and was told that all items are final sale. Final sale for an item not received?! Anyways, they reluctantly refunded me today, so hope it goes through. Buyers beware. I’m over the edit / add on sales.

I’d like to hear from someone who bought one of the Mystery bundles from a previous FFF Edit sale…

I signed up after receiving email about $25 credit for reactivation.
Then I didn’t see the credit anywhere. So I talked to the customer service.
I told the customer service about that and he wanted me to screen shot the email and provide the proof of that email.
Since it has been a week since I signed up, I already went through and deleted lots of emails.
So I just canceled my subscription. They were already giving out bunch of people that promotion and I couldn’t understand why I had to ‘Prove’ anything to them.
Oh well. Their loss not mine. That probably saved me at least $100.

All I want is the Elemis winter kit & no luck yet!

Have you guys had any luck with the mystery boxes? Are they any good?

What’s in the editors box? Thanks!

I love these sales but I have to say the jewelry really irritates me. In what world is that one brass chain originally $55?? And it’s always incredibly cheap in person especially the 9 lives or whatever it’s called. Same with the magnets. Worth $35? No. They actually provide good deals but I hate seeing junk marketed so high because it makes everything suspect. They should just price it closer to realistic values because we’d still buy it, and trust them more as well.

Does anyone have experience with the Circcell (eye serum and cream) products? Thanks for any input 🙂

Reply ButtonReply

zo

I haven’t used either of these products but I do use Circcell daily moisturizer with 40 SPF and it is my fave facial moisturizer, hands down. It’s not greasy, it absorbs well, is unscented, and the feel of it is so decadent. If I could afford it I would use more of their products. I have both in my cart.

Andrea

Thank you – sounds wonderful and I think I’ll give them a try 🙂

The price you have of the Biaggi bags is $11 but on the sale it is $14. Do you know if it will be decreased?

I love there mystery bags. I’ve gotten a purse, book bag, Murad products, cosmetic items including full palettes, lotion, jewelry, socks, blankets, and so much more. You pay $29 dollars but will get at least $100 dollars worth of items. Most of the time I receive more than $100 dollars. Hope this helps. Happy Shopping!!

Diane

Thanks!😋

Caity

They just added it to the sale, but no customization options. I was wondering where the official spoilers for that box are?

I really wished FFF had a better inventory. The site didn’t freeze up on me and I’m noticing that while Im scrolling down at 12:02, the item I’m looking for the most is already sold out.
Welp! Luck of the draw, I guess.

hi guys, I purchased the better than black Friday deal & wanted to make sure I got everything correct. in order to get the ExfoliKate, I must purchase something from the edit sale? is there any where I can check or do I just hope that its in my box when it arrives? There’s also supposed to be a $10 credit, is that indicated somewhere? im seasonal so I’m hoping theres a section that I cant see yet that will make it all clear

Kay

The exfolikate is supposed to ship with our orders, but they never said it would appear in our carts. My $10 credit is reflected in my cart.

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy Wilson

I got my exfolikate in my Winter Box and $10 off in cart.

Allison

I am not sure about the ExfoliKate yet, but the $10 credit did automatically show up in my cart.

Nothing really exciting, probably because I’m on product overload.

Bahahahahaha those awful crappy Cylo bluetooth headphones are in the Edit sale for only $11. ELEVEN DOLLARS. Take it from me y’all – you get what you pay for and in this case, it’s not much. I added a second pair to my Fall box thinking they would make a nice gift, but they are sooo bad, I’d be embarrassed to give these to anyone else. Save your money and invest in a nice pair.

Reply ButtonReply

stfne

I’m glad to hear the headphones are working for some people, but how are you using them? They do work alright if I’m just sitting around; the problems don’t start until I try to use them while working out. And that was the appeal really – going cordless to have more freedom of movement. But the neck strap is far too long and still gets in the way, and the built-in controller is too much weight, causing the earbud on that side to fall out if you move much at all. And forget about running – the sound cuts out with every other step. Like I said, I got an extra pair, and both sets have the same issues. I am inclined to believe these are just cheap and poorly designed, and while they may work fine for casual use, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect headphones hold their own on a run, especially when they are (presumably) the “fitness” item in the box.

Reply ButtonReply

stfne

Those of you who say they work, how are you using them? I have no trouble with them if I’m just sitting still, but they are impossible to use on a run, and I know I’m not the only one who shares this complaint. On the original review I saw several comments about them being terrible for most physical activities. And honestly, that’s the biggest appeal to me – using headphones while running without a cord getting in my way. But too much movement causes your sound to cut out constantly, the neck strap is way too long, and the little controller weighs too much so the ear bud on that side kept falling out. I don’t think I got a bad pair, I just think they’re cheap and not designed to keep up with a workout.

Reply ButtonReply

Jessica

I would disagree and say they are great! I added a second pair as well and gave one to my son (18) and daughter (14). They both have been using them since my Fall box arrived with no issues. They use them daily. Contact CS. Maybe you just got a bad pair??

Reply ButtonReply

Cynthia

Mine work great! Contact CS and they will replace them for you.

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

Mine work great too. Use them all the time.

Merlisha

Unfortunately true. The first one’s I received broke in a week. I reached out to customer service notifying them, but I told them the headphones were so terrible, I asked if I could send back the broken ones and exchange for the umbrella instead. They just sent me a new pair and I don’t even use them.

AH

All Oribe products sold out by 9:04AM. Sigh.

Reply ButtonReply

Ann

I usually hate dry shampoo and I have rolled my eyes any time I receive it in a beauty box, but GDI that freaking Oribe dry shampoo is amazing! I have thin, fine hair and it works perfectly on it and makes my hair look as if it was just washed and even kind of styled. I had no idea dry shampoo was capable of such magic. WHY YOU MAKE ME LOVE EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS, FFF?!!!

I know! I want that travel set so bad! I spent HOURS last time refreshing and going back to the site every few hours for days and didn’t get it last time. So I’m not very hopeful this time will be any different. It’s a shame because it’s really the only thing I really really want. 😔

Reply ButtonReply

Allison

Just reread and saw you said you spent hours refreshing – yikes! Guess my advice doesn’t really help out then lol. I hope you are able to get them this time!

Allison

To get some of those highly desired items you really have to sit there and keep refreshing for a good 10-30 minutes rather than checking in every once in a while or just refreshing for a couple minutes. Definitely only worth doing if you really want something, but that’s about the only way to go unless you happen to get *really* lucky and are on at just the right time. Hope that helps!

Kay

They’ve been in and out of stock, just keep refreshing, you’ll get them!

Reply ButtonReply

Kim

I had a bunch of items in my cart then dumped them right after. Realized I could get them at the same price or less on amazon if I wanted them later. I did stock up on the skin & co hand lotion. My favorite.

Reply ButtonReply

Kay

Same here. I started with $1,000 in my cart, ended with $26. I’m finished. LOL

Reply ButtonReply

Jill

Did they upgrade their website? Just curious because I had zero trouble this time around. Pretty cool. Either that or maybe nobody was much interested in the items this sale..

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

Eh. Not very impressed this time around.
