EBY Underwear Subscription December 2018 Review

EBY sign up questions

First things first, when you sign up, you'll choose some options. Your size (XS-4X), what type of undies you'd like to receive (thongs, briefs + cheekies, or a mix of both), color group (neutrals, colors/prints, or a mix), and how many/how often you'd like to receive them (1 pair/month for $16 or 3 pairs every 3 months for $45).

EBY size chart

Here, we have their size guide if you're not sure. I'm pretty much always a solid large and this chart confirms it.

After signing up- I received a shipping email that made me giggle. I love the "PREPARE YOUR PEACH" copy as well as the image. 🍑

EBY info card

They will also ask you if you'd like to receive literature with your undies and I chose yes. Here, they've sent an info card that folds out and gives an overview of what they're all about.

EBY Overview

I love seeing different sizes and skin tones on the models! This section illustrates their fierce nature and talks about their seamless undies empowering women.

Technology info

How do they achieve no panty lines? It's called flocking technology.

Seven Bar Foundation info

This part goes more in-depth on the Seven Bar Foundation which EBY donates 10% of their sales (not profit!) to. The foundation gives loans to disadvantaged women and enables them to start self-sustaining businesses that help not only themselves but their families and communities. That's certainly something to celebrate! Learn more here.

Here they go over how to become an Emissary (instead of an ambassador) and a note from Co-founder Sofia Vergara.

Limitless, Fearless, Seamless are the three words on the back they use to describe EBY.

Star Brief in package

Right now, if you sign up, you'll get a free bonus pair of undies, so my first box came with two pairs instead of one! I also appreciate the minimal packaging, although I suppose they could go without any.

front of Star Brief

EBY Star Brief Undies, size large

Here we have one of three cuts they offer: the brief. I can immediately say that these feel incredibly well-made and silky soft. I subscribe to two other underwear subscriptions as well as buy countless undies from stores and these seem really solid. Since I signed up to get a mix of neutral and print/colored undies, these are a really fun first pair to get. They're hot pink with deep blue stars and constellations on them. Really cute!

back of Star Brief

The briefs are cut a little more round in the back and have a mid-length rise to them. I love the shape and they're quite flattering on me.

stamped tag on Star Brief

Another feature I love to see on underwear is NO TAGS. These have all of the size and composition info stamped on the inside instead of having a tag that can be uncomfortable and annoying.

gusset of star briefs

They're made of 85% polyamide and 15% elastane but are lined with 100% cotton at the "gusset".

seams inside star briefs

These undies feel sturdy without being bulky at all and there are no bunchy or thick seams. The edge of the inside is lined with a super soft trim as well that feels nice against my skin.

Nude Cheeky in package front of Nude Cheeky

EBY Nude Cheeky Undies, size large

The other pair I received in my first box are these "nude" colored cheekies.

back of Nude Cheeky

I think I prefer this cut as they let a little bit of my bum hang out which I find cute without being uncomfortable. I found that these fit me a little bit better than the briefs did. I think it's just due to my shape.

stamped tag in Nude Cheeky

These are made out of the same composition and feature the same stamped tag on the inside.

seams on Nude Cheeky

Here's a better look at that super soft edging on the inside. Feels like microfiber. I also like that the edge is raw but won't unravel.

gusset of nude cheekys

This pair also has the 100% cotton gusset with a matching neutral color.

Verdict: I'm kind of a no-nonsense gal when it comes to my underwear selection. I almost never wear lace or thongs and prefer comfort over frills. That being said, I am glad they offer a mix of both prints/colors and neutrals. Even though I tend to go for black and nude undies, a little flair can be fun. The EBY underwear subscription is a little pricey compared to others out there, but since they only offer own-brand I'm hoping they'll be consistent with sizing which is hard to get from subs that provide many different brands. The undies deliver on the promise of no panty lines and comfort and the fact that they are helping empower women makes me feel better about dropping $16 on one pair each month.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? You may not get the same pairs I got based on preferences, but your first box with the free pair will ship as soon as you sign up.

Value Breakdown: At $16.00 for this box, you're getting each pair for 50% off or $8.00 a piece for your first delivery. After that, you'll pay $16.00 per pair but will also be helping disadvantaged women get loans and build a business.

Disappointed fat girl

Can’t figure out how to actually rate (browser being super weird), but these are very sucky panties for fat people. Both the standard brief and the high waisted ones rolled down literally the first step I took. So disappointing. Also seems very overpriced for the flimsiness that it is, but have to say they look pretty. Oh yeah, the two panties I got were an INCH different in width! Pretty ridiculous consistency…

Second disappointed fat

I complete agree with you, I believe I tried 3 styles in total and they all roll down as soon as i move or worse, sit. Comfort of the material doesn’t make up for it, there are subscriptions out there that have comfort and great fit. Skip this one.

This company sucks! Do not subscribe! I should have listened to reviews. I placed an order 2 weeks ago, still has not shipped. I just emailed customer service that I wish to cancel my order!

Could someone with this subscription explain the low MSA subscriber ratings? This is alarming… I didn’t check the ratings before I ordered. : Bangs head:

I paid for a box the first part of December, have written about my unfulfilled order several times, and get no response.

THANK YOU!

This is pricey, but might be worth it for the comfort and women empowerment. Now if only there was a subscription for us granny panty lovers

I tried this sub as I liked their mission but unfortunately they did not really work for my body type. The XL rode up and the Plus size 1 was too big. I did switch and stick it out for another 2 months but I could not justify the cost for undies I couldn’t wear. But I will say the material is way comfortable.

having exactly one pair of EBY undies, I am drooling over how comfortable I imagine those bras to be. I am on a no-buy, but I am off to window shop.
