Not sure what to do or if I have any recourse. I am an annual member (VIP per the BOS website). Per their website, VIP members will receive priority shipping. Additionally, annual members will ship first and then the seasonal or new members. Further states, ships 1-5 days of seasonal dates. Lastly the website states the Winter box ships the first week of December. Today is December 24th and I still haven’t received the Winter box, the add ons (nearly $400 in items) I purchased, a response from them or a tracking number. I feel like Box of Style has violated a contract with me. They clearly state the terms of their service should I purchase an annual subscription and have violated these terms blatantly. Feel like there should be some sort of recourse since this is unacceptable to solicit money for services not provided.

I have been an annual member since the launch of this box and am in the same boat. It’s unbelievable that long time members haven’t even received shipping notifications by this point. Very disappointed and I think I will finally be saying goodbye to this box.

I’m a quarterly subscriber and I ordered the Black Friday deal, too. The Black Friday box arrived yesterday and everything was perfect, but I only received the Osea oil as an extra, not the palette or lipstick.
Still no sign of my quarterly subscription.

I ordered on Cyber Monday and received my box yesterday. About 3/4 of the Luna bottle leaked all over my items and the bag is ruined! I was so excited to receive my first box and now I have to wait on a replacement :-/

There are a couple of threads with this same conversation. Looks like those of us whose purchase included the bundle have received only the oil. The lipstick and palette are not available. I emailed customer service and was offered the Kopari duo or Gloria tassel earrings as compensation.

That’s funny because I contacted both Oribe and Smith and Cult. S&C told me that they did send them plenty of the palletes, and said I should stay in contact with them and box of style. So I emailed BOS yet again, since they have not said a thing about the missing items, we’ll see what happend, but I am not getting my hopes up. I have unsubscribed and filed a claim with my credit card re the missing items from the Beauty Bundle, and blocked them from future charges should they overlook that I have unsubscribed, as they have done with others in the past. So much work for this “deal!”

I ordered on 11/24 so I could get the bonus bundle.
Today I received the box and I am missing lipstick, palette, and one of my add-ons. The Luna leaked and is a mess! Those were to be gifts and now I have to shop at the last minute and fight crowds. Grrrrr!
This was my first box and I am not happy! I first emailed when I saw that my profile showed that I was getting the select box. I also noted the add-ons and the bundle. They responded quickly,with 48 hours, and reassured me that I was receiving the winter box and the bundle.
I noticed that when I received my order confirmation it was dated 12/7 and the order number changed.
I sent another email and called them and left a message.

Just taken a bag of trash out and there it was sitting in my swing on the porch in the dark. Do not even know who delivered my box did not Know it would be here today. Everything in great shape No Leaks! Hope everyone gets their box before Christmas

I’m in Indiana, too! I’m an annual subscriber and I ordered several add-on bundles as gifts. I’ve recieved nothing. I was trying to be patient. I finally contacted customer service on Tuesday and have yet to hear anything in reply. I’m really disappointed.

Has anyone contacted customer service to request the box for the Sunday Riley? I emailed them last week to ask for it and have not received a response. I am not asking for a new oil, just the box so that I can gift it. I was really hoping to get the Sunday Riley in the box in time for Christmas.
The Black Friday bundle was loose in my box – they didn’t put the glass bottle OSEA Oil in any kind of protective packaging, luckily, nothing was damaged.

Ordered mine Black Friday. Just got my shipping confirmation yesterday (12/19) with Fedex 2-day. It SHOULD be here on 12/21 (Wisconsin). However, my shipping said that it included the box and the OSEA oil…no mention of the other two items, so hopefully they are in there!

Now I know why everyone hates this company. I am a seasonal subscriber who paid full price and they promised multiple times that I would get my box before Christmas. All the items are Christmas presents for my daughters. Now I get notification that it won’t be here til after Christmas…. Put me on the Box of style is the worst bandwagon

I got my box today. Everything was great except for the bag. There were three different obvious marks that look that they were from a pen in different areas. I emailed customer service so we’ll see? I’m a little nervous considering the reputation their customer service seems to have. My Luna was slightly leaking, but I didn’t mention it in my email because it wasn’t too bad and I was more focused on that bag that was intended as a Christmas gift. I’ll admit to be disappointed, because even if they exchange it, it won’t be here in time for Christmas. And now I’m frantically shopping for a replacement gift.

Mine came in excellent condition. Nothing was leaked as the bottle was triple wrapped and then taped so nothing could break or leak. I’m enjoying my box and my new Oribe Lipstick.

Got my box today. Super bummed I took a gamble for the oil but it leaked and over half is gone. I did not even want the rest of this stuff. The oil was not even in original packaging so I guess I will need to reach out to Sunday Riley and see if it is a dupe.

My Sunday Riley leaked inside its packaging and my ring had an off-set stone so I contacted customer service with pictures. Within 2 hours (and in the evening) I received a response with a shipping confirmation for the replacement items, which arrived within a few days. I was shocked to get such an immediate response and super happy to have the replacement items so quickly!

I got mine yesterday and ordered on Black Friday with the free bundle. If you are giving as a gift I highly recommend opening and repacking. Thankfully nothing was damaged but the box was inside the bag and the oil was just loose in there (nothing leaked) and the Luna was not in a box but a bubble mailer thing. They are usually more detailed in wrapping each item but this one was kinda thrown together. Hope you get yours in time!

I couldn’t agree more! It really did seem thrown together. Also, my Osea oil had leaked–thank goodness not a lot. Nothing was damaged from the small amount that leaked, but it would have been nice if it had at least been wrapped. Still, it was such a great deal and arrived before Christmas, so I’m happy.
