Got my box today. Super bummed I took a gamble for the oil but it leaked and over half is gone. I did not even want the rest of this stuff. The oil was not even in original packaging so I guess I will need to reach out to Sunday Riley and see if it is a dupe.

My Sunday Riley oil did not arrive in packaging either, but it didn’t leak, top screwed on tight. The MSA review shows it in the box, other pics show just bottle. Doesn’t really matter to me if if it is first quality and legit.

All the items are lovely except mine arrived covered in blue oil
Every single item in the box except for the purse because the box was inside the purse
The Luna broke and it leaked on all the items
The ring was broken
Has anyone experienced a damaged box?

I received my box Saturday, and I never received an email about it shipping. My status in my account only said “completed.” That being said, I really love the contents of the box. The ring is really pretty, and I LOVE the watch.

Such a crap company. They promised me multiple times that I would get my box before Christmas. All supposed to be presents. Ordered as a subscriber at the beginning of November at full price. No two day shipping for me. Won’t get the box til after Christmas.

I got my BOS last Wednesday. I don’t know why but I usually receive mine relatively quickly. I did the Cyber Monday deal, so I got the beauty bundle with it. I was bummed though because my tote is messed up. It’s got a number of black scuffs, and there must have been a defect in it, because there’s like a slightly darker pink paint over a dime sized section of it. Needless to say, it looks like crap. I sent a customer service inquiry in with a photo to see if it can be replaced. Everything else in the box was fine. I think the way they shipped them (i.e., with the box of style box inside) may be problematic as I think the totes will be a bit beat up (that’s what I think caused the scuffs and marks).

I still haven’t received my box either. I also logged into my account last night and when I clicked on “view” it showed this box, NOT the winter box (with Luna) that I purchased WELL before it sold out. I e-mailed customer service about this to make sure I’m receiving the Luna, but of course have not heard back yet. I will be absolutely livid if I don’t receive the Luna, and will dispute the charges with my cc.
Sorry to sound so angry, but I’m so tired of the horrible customer service this box offers!
Liz, honest question – I have seen customer warnings on other boxes about customer care. Have you considered adding one to BOS? Thanks.

I agree completely. This is the second time I have given this box a try. I ordered the box specifically because of the Luna. Figured the rest was just a nice bonus with purchase of the oil. I clicked on my account and my box was updated to this follow up version. If I get the box with the eyeliner, vino perfect and that awful necklace, this will be a Mastercard chargeback. I have requested cancellation of any future disappointing boxes and I have officially quit this box for good.

just rec’d email today on box bought on 11/26 and should arrive 12/17 – they are sending 2 day fedex and might be on all, not sure – if you have a fedex account to same ship address, you can look there too
had MASSIVE issues with them in past and did not want to buy yet did for daughter as a present, she loved it, so reluctantly bought
also, you can change card in account now – you can delete payment card + change to a visa or mc gift type card with $0 balance so no worries on being charged even if cancelled

Surprisingly I recieved my box today with no shipping notice at all. Guess I am glad I received it in a timely fashion, but this is honestly the first time. I was going to cancel, but really likd this box. Since they always seem to have some kind of special with at least $20 off, I am done being a susbscriber. I will just wait on the coupon codes for the boxes I like.

This really irks me. I’m pretty used to it now being a long term subscriber. I actually subscribe ie didn’t get this box at a discount and I got an email from them that basically said “don’t email us about your box- you’ll have it by the 24TH”- yet now people who are getting it (with slightly different contents) at a discount are guaranteed to receive it before me? In what world does this make sense? How can they be this tone deaf and how do they manage to do this every winter? They get their other seasonal boxes out in a timely manner for the most part- why is winter always such a fail?!

All the above comments are the reason why I no longer subscribe nor buy any single boxes from BOS, even when they have a box a want, like this year’s Winter box. My last box from the subscription last winter arrived over a month late (actually close to 2 months late) and was damaged. Not worth the stress

Funny ‘fine print.’ Order this and guess what you will get…. Hopefully not like PS where you get a consolation glade candle, if you are lucky. Although mine does smell nice…and my PS credit finally appeared on my cc today, too.
I’m holding out for this box to arrive, before Christmas. Last word I heard was this morning and the cs person said (via email) all boxes should be shipped this week. And should arrive before Christmas. I think companies should just limit their business to what they can do exceedingly well. But that’s me and I’m not a business owner.

too funny! always read fine print! not sure what it means, no clue if one “could” use for spring box
gave up on PSMH 75% off sale, was stressing me out! glad you rec’d credit! have been with them from start + have not had any PSMH issues only RZBOZ – yet bought this for daughter who loved against better judgement, used amex just in case then switched card to a visa gift card with $0 on it, ha!
have you checked fedex website? checked and box is there and after rec’d email from RZBOS that it’s shipping 2 day fedex
