Is it just me or are they making the regular play boxes cheaper and worse. I feel like they are doing so to make you pay $20 for “smart” boxes. The smart boxes were the size products we initially were receiving. They keep giving us smaller repeats.

I got box 525, I believe that’s the number, and it is straight trash. I un subscribed for 6 months and now I remember why I got rid of it. Trash products that never geared towards my dry skin. I know it’s only $10 a month, but why waste $10 on products I’ll NEVER use? They should take some notes from Ipsy. 😒😒

Just received my box 222. the size of sephora lip stain is crazy small, and it is way more on the brown side than in the picture in my opinion. But it really stains, I tried to take it off with hello fab micellar make up melter came also with the box and it didn’t really work, hopefully it’s gonna work on mascara.

The products keep getting smaller & smaller! I can’t believe how tiny the Sephora lip product was!! They’ve sent Sephora lip products In the past, that we’re actually “deluxe” sizes, but this one was ridiculously small! & the perfume was the same size as the perfume samples you get in store but it was only HALF full! They used to send the standard perfume sample size! I understand it’s only $10 a month but when I can get the same sizes or bigger in store for free??

I’m getting #230 and it’s just about perfect. I’m going to Love this One! Now if Sephora would just hurry up and Ship it out! Some months Sephora will ship out my Box nice & early and then other months they ship it really late which I don’t understand. Whats with the shipping inconsistency??

I’m receiving box 230 and I’m curious as to how to use the Christophe Robin cleansing volumizing paste. I read the “how to use” on Sephora however it doesn’t mention anything about following with conditioner. Am I supposed to use conditioner after?

Could someone please tell me how to see which box I am receiving? I have followed instructions given on this site by previous comments but none of the seem to work. I can find my order number, but that’s about it.
Any help would be truly truly appreciated!
Also, I wish there was a box with the cc cream and the rest of the skincare items. I would be the happiest lady in the land haha.

Go to your recent orders on sephora.com and look at the item number of the most recent order. Not the order number but the item number. It will be the last 3 digits of that number. 🙂

Box #222, I’m actually not disappointed, almost all new products for me and ones I actually want to try. I only don’t want the lip n powder products. I do still plan on canceling by January though since most boxes before this have tanked.
