Has anyone else had issues with missing items this month? I have 2 subs my glam bag plus and regular bag. In my regular bag they didn’t include any of my add on items and today I got my plus box and they left out my makeup geek lipgloss. This is only my third month with ipsy and first time it’s happened, but twice in a month? Geez. I wonder if it’s related to opting for add on items ? I got some in both subs.

I finally got mine yesterday the 21st. My mailman is on vacation and the guy filling in couldn’t find my box! I had four deliveries yesterday and thank God I was home, because Ipsy was buried in the back of the truck. I actually had to make him go look for a “Pink” box lol. They are very late with shipping this month. I had two add ons and I had an item I got with my points. Everything was in there, thankfully. I do need to tell my mailman he’s not allowed to go on vacation anymore though. Imagine if beauty box was actually lost? Just kidding, there’s more important things I should be thankful for today! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

My add on items weren’t in my package either! I emailed them ASAP and they are supposed to be sending me the missing items. I’m not paying extra money for air in my bag instead of the stuff I wanted.

I haven’t even got my bag yet. It hasn’t even shipped. But I did get an email that says soon and they gave me 500 points….. big whoop. I want my bag

I have yet to get either of my bags which should have been delivered today! So annoying!

My bag has not even shipped . It is still in assembly stage in warehouse. Ipsy just said sorry for delay that’s what you get for redeeming points and threw 500 points at me that have yet to show up on my account.
