Mama & Baby November 2018 Review
At the top of our box was a nice thank you note along with some words of encouragement on the back.
Nu-Pore Brightening 3-Step Charcoal Facial Set - Retail Value $6.64
This was the first item in the box for mom. I thought it was a pretty cool idea with the three separate steps which included a cleanser, a priming essence and then a charcoal face mask that you wear for 15-20 minutes. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm excited to have a nice pampering experience! They say it's great for travel and I like thinking of a day when I might be able to use this, relax and maybe even order in some room-service. A mom can dream, right?
Eat Your Coffee Caffeinated Snack Bar in Salted Caramel Macchiato (2 bars) - Buy 8 bars for $19.99
The next item for mom were two of these caffeinated snack bars in a salted caramel macchiato flavor. I love the idea of "eating" my coffee since I rely pretty heavily on my caffeine to keep me going, but sometimes fail to get a moment to brew a cup in the afternoons. These bars pack a full cup of coffee and are made with organic dates, oats, and roasted coffee beans. They are vegan, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher. I tried one and am saving the other for a day when I need a quick boost! The bar was a bit crunchy, sweet and chewy. The coffee taste wasn't too heavy and while I don't think these could replace coffee for me, they will definitely be a suitable replacement every once in a while!
Ferrero Rocher 3 Count Chocolates - Buy 12, 3-packs for $20.01
The last treat for mom was a pack of one of my favorite candy treats, Ferrero Rocher chocolates. I love the crunchy outside filled with creamy chocolate and a yummy hazelnut inside, they always felt so decadent to me as a kid with their gold wrappers. We received three in a pack which probably won't last me long, but it was a nice treat to discover in the box!
Happy Thanksgiving by Bright Baby - Retail Value $4.99
This was the first item for baby in the box and I love that it arrived just in time for Thanksgiving. Our Thanksgiving book collection is a little light so this miniature book complete with lots of real-life photos and vibrant colors is perfect! I like that it just has a few simple words on each page and will be perfect to engage my 7-month-old son!
Bazzlebaby Big Bib Feeding Bib 2 Pack - Retail Value $9.99
These bibs arrived at a perfect time since Bennett is just really getting into eating solids at the moment. Although these are so cute, I don't want to think of the food stains that will soon appear on them! They are a great size and are machine washable which is ideal! They also feature two snaps so that it can adjust to fit different size necks. The back is this super soft fleece material while the front is a soft cotton.

Verdict: I thought this was a good Mama & Baby box for November. The Thanksgiving book was a nice touch and I was happy to receive a few sweet treats for myself, especially one that provides me with some much-needed energy. The bibs are nice quality and very cute and I'm excited to have a mask to pamper myself with some time in the near future. I think this was another good mix of pampering items for mom and useful items for baby. This box costs $20, including free shipping, and I am estimating the total value to be around $30 for this box, which I think is a decent value if you are able to use and enjoy everything in the box.
