Allure should’ve admitted that they didn’t have any serums instead of lie and try to scam paying clients. I called and was told that mine had shipped as well, and to keep waiting. Apparently everyone’s got lost in the mail and they don’t have any tracking info when they usually do provide them.

No, and now I am starting to get mad. Do we have any recourse? It seems to me they have false advertising! I have had to wait awhile to get gift with sub before, but have received items. I do not get a good feeling about this one….

I just called about this deal and CS told me I signed up past 12 am (per SC I signed up at 1PM and that’s a lie) I have signed up at 9:35 Central time and have email about It. Anyway they told me I wouldn’t get any SR serum and I cancelled the sub. Good luck with receiving your SR serum.

I called them today and they said exactly the same thing. The SR serum has been shipped on Dec 7th and I need to wait another week to arrive because it’s holiday season. They told me to call them if it doesnt arrive at the end of this month.My Dec Allure box shipped on Dec 14th and it arrived already?!
I think this might be false advertising and it’s against law. I will give them couple of more days before filing a complain. How many months and phone calls & e-mails people should send just to receive what they were advertising? This is my first time with Allure and I dont think I will stay with them due to bad customer service.

I called them on the 26th and was told the same thing about it being shipped on 12/7! I just got an email today saying they don’t have any more and will send me two bonus items. This feels like such a scam.

I signed up on 11/29 early and have not rec’d the SR. I called Allure today and was told my SR was shipped on 12/7 but since it was not rec’d they would ship another one. That seems a little strange but I will wait a week or so and see if I get it.

I just called and was told that they don’t know why the first shipment of the SR on the 7th and the second shipment on the 21st did not reach me. I have NEVER had any issues receiving a box so this is VERY suspicious to me.
I was offered the option of several masks, invisibobble, etc. but nothing that sounded the least bit interesting.
I am really disappointed and I am surprised that a company like Allure would stoop this low. My money will go elsewhere – I am absolutely finished with Allure.

They told me mine was shipped on the 7th too and if I didn’t get it today to call back. So, since it wasn’t in today’s mail I called back. The new cs person said the warehouse just got it and to give it a few more days. (After Christmas.) Hmmm.

This will be comforting in no way whatsoever. When the deal for the Caudalie serum was posted earlier this week, I called back to check on the status of my Sunday Riley promised serum. (I placed an order using the Sunday Riley link just a few minutes after Liz originally posted it here.) I had been told last week that if I hadn’t heard back from a supervisor (regarding my first status update request) in 48 hours to call back. I waited a full week before calling back. There was nothing on my account one way or another (re: Sunday Riley). So I inquired about the new Caudalie offer and asked if it was possible to receive it instead. (Even if it wasn’t the one I wanted – I definitely did NOT want the Versace I got.) Get this – they didn’t even have the Caudalie there yet when they advertised that offer! It wasn’t in their stock and the supervisor I eventually spoke to wasn’t even aware of how much they would be getting. They thought boxes with it would arrive Friday (today) and they could do a count and “get back to me”. So apparently they did that entire offer this week without even having the product in hand, or even number-count of the product that would be arriving, to back the offer up. I’m more than just a little upset…and still have no idea if I’ll get anything even closely resembling the offer I purchased from…

I signed up on December 5th using the link provided to get $5 off… instead I was charged $15.90, I got nothing extra in my box, and I have no idea if I will actually get the SR, even though the promo was still listed. I never received any email confirmation or tracking info, but I got a November box. I tried to login to the site and it couldn’t find my account 🤦🏻♀️ Guess I’m going to have to contact what I’m seeing is a crappy CS.

I just received this box today. I had signed up for the promo within a couple of hours. There were no extras of any kind with my box. BUT I called, and the lady I spoke to said that it is shipping separately and the order for the Sunday Riley serum is in- it is still in warehouse.

I received my November box and there was no extra in it.
I feel it’s a good sign and will wait till the end of month and then contact them about SR serums.
I honestly thought they might out of stock their November box itself and never send one.
So far I’m cool.
Just come here to check on all you ladies to see if anybody received their serums or not.

Has anyone signed up for the SR special of three months and received the SR Serum? I shipping confirmation for Nov and Dec, within a few days of each other, and I have received the November Box.
The November box that I received was the standard box, with just the masks and purple Invisibobbles. There wasn’t anything special in the box, and I haven’t received anything special as a separate gift. I have confirmation for another box, but it hasn’t been received yet. Trying to figure out what I’m likely to receive. I suppose with Allure, there’s no telling what will come. It definitely had the SR Serum offer when I signed up, though, so they really should honor that commitment. I know I only made MY commitment based upon their commitment to provide the SR Serum.

I signed up at 9am on the 29th. I just got the Versace perfume instead of Sunday Riley. 🙁 Called Allure and was told sorry we sold out of SR serum. 😢

I signed up at 11:25am on the 29th and at that time their website still showed the Sunday Riley in the list of November box details. I received my November box today and it had the Versace perfume included. I’m going to be really pissed off if they tricked me into paying $25 for November and December boxes and I don’t receive the SR bonus item I was offered.

You are right. They cannot be trusted. People trusted them, so they need to live up to their commitment, like we lived up to our commitment to pay for the boxes. What would they do if we sent 50 cents instead of full payment?

I got exactly what the box was suppose to have, nothing more and nothing less. I don’t think the CEO serum would fit in the box with the masks and it is suppose to ship seperatly anyways, so I’m crossing my fingers I receive it. I signed up around 7 am pacific time on the 29th.

I signed up for this box as soon as I received this email. I have the email confirmation too, but it doesn’t any anything about the serum.
I was afraid of a bait and switch as well, but I thought they would send us something good at least. I received a tiny bottle of a random perfume. Ugh. Thank goodness the box was a great one with the masks in November anyway; it is disappointing they pulled a bait and switch without an update. I already emailed them, and I’m most likely cancelling.

I came here to see if anyone else had issues as well. I just got my masks box and the old free Versace mini offer was inside. I see this post said the CEO is supposed to ship separately – I don’t know whether to expect it now or not. I placed an order within a couple of minutes of Liz’s original posting so they should not have run out that fast – it would be bait and switch if so.

If you read the FAQs on the Allure subscription website it says they will ship your first box within 20 business days of your order. Since this promotion was at the end of the month, the second box should follow back to back.
My guess is that if you cancel before they ship your promotion item (Sunday Riley) you will not receive it.

Not yet. Been looking for the shipping notice because I do not want the December box and thought I would cancel as soon as the November box shipped. But it looks like I’ve been charged for the December box as well, but it’s only ten dollars so I’m not sure what’s up with that.

I called them yesterday to try and cancel because I do not want a December box either. They said if I cancel before the November box ships I will not receive a November box and will be refunded. So my understanding was that when the November box ships and you get the tracking email, then you should cancel. And hopefully that happens before you get charged for the December box (which apparently you don’t get charged until it ships).

I have not received tracking for the November box. They also charged me for the December box so I went into paypal and removed their charging permissions. So it looks like I’m stuck with the December box. And I am not entirely certain I’m going to receive the Sunday Riley. All they would tell me is that my item would ship separately but wouldn’t specify the item. And their My Account section is so generic. The unknown is so frustrating.

So I’m wondering if anyone knows this answer, if I unsub now from my current monthly subscription, could I resign up December 1st and still get $5 off my December box and get the free special gift beauty bundle retailing at $98 listed on there site? Or since I’ve been subbed already will I not get any of that cuz they will know I unsubbed just to sub back again? It’s listing a 3 month subscription for $40. Which is cheaper than what I’ve been paying monthly since I paid $15 a month since my first box. And I really want the bonus beauty bundle lol. Any ideas on this? I don’t want to unsub and lose my spot but since they are offering this deal I’d assume there’s no wait list or anything. Any ideas?

I was lucky enough to sign up yesterday morning and snag this deal. The only thing is I do not want the December box because it does not interest me. The FAQ says that you should cancel by November 30th to not receive a December box and I just called and the girl said that if I cancel today they will refund my money for the November box and I will get nothing. So I guess I am getting and paying for the December box too. Annoying but for the serum I guess it’s worth it.

Did you ever get the CEO? Customer service told me that they never received them, so NO ONE is getting them. If you call, you might get Caudalie serum, but most people are getting invisibobbles. I am BEYOND pissed.

They will refund and cancel new subs if there’s already an active sub in your name or at your address. Idk if that is your situation, but I do know they will cancel any 2nd subs if they catch it.

That’s what happened to me. I signed up on time to get the free serum using a different email address for a gift. Received an email confirmation right away. Next day I received a creyfrom PayPal but no direct cancellation from Allire or a reason why. Very poor customer service and deceiving….

Yep, they did this to me twice. And they never emailed me and told me that had cancelled, I just saw the refund. And when I called they said they didn’t have any idea what i was talking about. So now I just sign up through Amazon when I want that month’s box. You don’t get the freebies that way though but you know you will get the box you want.
