Oh I really want this one!

However, I don’t know if there will be any sort of discount or coupon code for it. I was not into the advent calendars last year, so completely lost here. Can any one recall? Thank you.

I just saw full spoilers for the Skinstore calendar!

The calendar will include:
-15ml Erno Laszlo Phelityl Night Cream
-40ml Caudalie Vino Sorbet
-50ml ELEMIS Papaya Enzyme Peel
-10ml thisWorks Power Nap Sleep Spray
-30ml First Aid Beauty Facial Cleanser
-FS Eyeko Fat Stick
-8ml SkinChemists Rose Quartz Youth Defense Lip Plump
-30ml Omorovicza Balance Moisturizer
-15ml Dr Botanicals Pomegranate Superfood Brightening Eye Serum
-60ml Grow Gorgeous Hair Density Serum Instense
-150ml Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Gel
-SkinMedica 2ml TNS Repair or 7ml Total Defense and Repair SPF

I love that it has the Grow Gorgeous serum in it, and I even said that if it had it I’d get the calendar, but how many weeks later, I’m not so sure right now. Hmmmm… I’m thinking I’ll hold out to see if anyone will gift it to me. 😉 😀

Hi Luna! Did it have the grow gorgeous last year too? I purchased one last year but I have not used the hair product. They are out of the petal mask at detox market. Do you recommend another one similar to it?

Reply ButtonReply

Svetlana7e

I am going to skip this one. Nothing calling my name. So far, I only ordered mankind calendar.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

Have you seen spoilers for the Mankind calendar yet? I’d love to find a men’s advent calendar, but I want to see what’s in it first since the person I’d get it for has a shaved head and no beard, so any hair grooming items would be wasted on him.

Svetlana7e

It is actually pretty good. I am going to use all product myself. The have one lux shave cream, but I am going to use it on my legs :).
Liz updated the post with full spoilers. If you won’t find it, I can give you the link with details of what included.

Redhed36

If you can remember let me know what you think of mankind advent. The box alone is drawing me in.

This is first time I bought it and I am going to use all products myself. What I like most, there are product that not seen in every calendar. Like I am so tired of Om mist in every freaking box.

Luna

Yay for spoilers! Ya, I think I’m going to get this one. 🙂 Now I’m anxiously waiting for Skinstore’s spoilers.

Luna I just saw where detox market has top 5 in every category. The petal mask is on the top 5 list for masks. There is also a May Lindstrom and an Odacite one on there. Have you tried either of those?

Vitners daughter is so tempting. I just can’t bring myself to buy it. It is their top 1 for serums.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

I haven’t tried either the May Lindstrom or Odacite masks yet. Sorry!

Brooke

Luna! I need your help.

The detox market has their fall edit that you get free with a $200 purchase. Have you looked at it?

Are you getting it?

Also! If I get it I need help trying something new that I haven’t gotten in my art or organically, beauty heroes or boxwalla boxes. I have been subscribed for a year to these three. The items that I did consider repurchasing is the de mamiel that we received! It smells so good and I love Honua but not sure detox market carries it. What would you tecommend me trying? Is the Vitners daughter wonderful and what kind of serum is it?

I think I have enough eye creams and eye serums to last awhile though although I love some great eye masks and never have enough of those.

Luna

I just realized I forgot to reply to your question about Vintner’s Daughter. I actually haven’t tried it yet! Sorry, I can’t help with that one. 🙁

Luna

Hey Brooke!
I got their gwp yesterday! 😀 It was too good to pass up (but then again all of DM’s bundles are to me 😉 ). I ended up getting a collection of facial bar soaps as a Christmas gift to my mom who prefers bar soap to cleanse her face, then to round it out I got the Josh Rosebrook Oculus which I’ve been wanting to try. 🙂

Okay… problems of a sub box addict here… but can you remind me what de Mamiel product we got? I think they’re all starting to blend together. 😀 Also, I just checked, and DM doesn’t sell Honua. 🙁

I’ll admit that I’m 100% biased toward the Mahalo line, as they’re my favorite green beauty brand. Have you ever tried any of their products before? If you’re using this opportunity to try something new that interests you…. to get right at the $200 buy-in I’d recommend trying their Vitality Elixir ($110) and The Mahalo Balm ($90). Or if you don’t mind going $5 bucks over you can also try the Vitality Elixir and either the Vacation Body Glow ($95) or The Petal Mask ($95). I’ve tried their whole line (and am currently using the Vitality Elixir), and I feel each of their products is sort of an experience in themselves. They all feel indulgent, but yet are all very effective in adding & maintaining hydration & suppleness to the skin. And that body oil… omg… I swear my blood pressure immediately reduces when I use it because all I can think about is Hawaii when I smell it. And despite it’s name, it provides more of a sheen to the skin like any other body oil would rather than a glittery/shimmery glow. Speaking of scents, each of their products has a distinct scent to them (I’m sure due to their unique active natural ingredients), but they’re all exactly how I think Hawaii would smell like. 🙂

My two favorite products (although everything else is a very close 2nd) are The Unveil Cleanser ($70) & The Bean Mask ($80). Did you happen to get the recent Beauty Heroes LE box that featured these products? If not, these are also great options, but they won’t bring you to the buy-in limit. I’d love to hear what you end up getting! 🙂

Brooke

Thank you Luna!

We got the intense untrue antioxidant elixir and it smells amazing and I love the texture. It is not an oily texture but soaks in immediately almost.

I bought off eBay the bean mask and I loved it. I did buy the the Mahalo box from beauty heroes this last time but I have not tried the cleanser yet. The beauty balm looks amazing and I do want to try it. Do you the the indigo beauty balm or mahalo balm? What texture is the vitality elixir? How fast do you use up the body oil?

I have loved every Hawaiian product I have gotten so I will probably go that route but will let you know which ones I decide. What does the petal mask do?

Also do you know if you can combine their gift with purchase with the fall edit?

KarenG

This is one of the more exciting boxes out there. I’m over small little vials and samples. Beauty expert, skin store and any other brand that will include full sizes will be considered. I have too many samples to even think about getting more!

I wish the comment that I spent some time on would post. I am really considering getting this box. Great value. I sent it to the husband as a Christmas idea but I don’t know if it will last until the end of the day (he’s at work).

I hear you! I don’t understand the screening process for posts. I see genuinely rude posts on this website but yet perfectly positive posts (without any links, email addresses or even criticism) get filtered out. I don’t get it.

If the Queen of Hungary Mist is 100ml- $90
that’s the only thing I knew and checked! Thanks for the breakdown.
I think it’s worth it if you like the products.

Sorry about that. I thought it was the smaller one.

Maggie

I like this advent calendar. I’m going to have to keep an eye on it & see if it comes on sale though. I have a tighter budget for my sub boxes this year.
