I’m having issues with the tracking on this box and i was wondering am i the only one? my tracking number says it was anticipated to ship on the 1st of October but i have no tracking information yet and the month is almost over.. but i have gotten the boxes in the past and they normally ship around the 25th so im hoping it will still come, im just getting nervous. anyone have any ideas? any info with help! thanks!

Here it is 10/25 and although I was sent tracking information a week ago nothing has happened. Payment was taken out on 9/15. This happens EVERY time. You know that you’re going to get the box eventually but its always “WHEN???”. I live in SW Florida so I ALWAYS get mine after everyone else. Sometimes people have even gotten their boxes and posted it on youtube and I STILL haven’t gotten mine yet. FRUSTRATING BEYOND BELIEF!!!! Its not like the boxes are cheap so you would think they could give us a little better service. I shudder to think when we’ll get the Christmas box!!!

They are giving bogus tracking numbers and when you receive the box if will have a different number. They did this to me with the summer box and i received it 2 weeks after everyone was posting theirs on social medial.. I order two boxes and my other box came a month later, after I complained like 10 times asking “where is my other box?” I hope Culture Fly isn’t going out of business and not sending the latest boxes, another company with subscription boxes did that.

I got an email Friday saying that a shipping label has been made. But it hasn’t been scanned by fedex yet. (I checked before responding)

I have exactly the same problem except my label says on the FedEx website that it was created on “09-17- 18”. They sent me the tracking info on Friday and it is now Tuesday, there has been no change on the FedEx website. I am really worried that they are going to have a repeat of the MAJOR issue they had back in December!!!

I think it was a box in the last year where I had the same issue but it finally shipped and it got it around the same time as everyone else. Hope that helps!

How cute. I love the fact they always have useful things rather than just collectibles. I hope we get another sweatshirt. I just about lived in the 2 we got last year, in fact I was eyeing mine since it’s finally not hotter than a oven outside lol

This looks like it would be fun to open with my 2 year old, we loves cats and Pusheen is just way too cute! At first I was thinking this would be great for next to the sink but if it’s not glass I might just fill it with some of my son’s body wash for tubby time.

Does anyone now why it took sooo long for just one spoiler? Does it mean that the shipping will be late as well again?

I think they hold off until they get their target amount of people signed up for the box for that quarter. As the spoilers don’t always appeal to everyone, it is harder to then get sign ups after the spoiler if the item was a hard pass for people.

That makes sense, but instead of delaying the spoiler, the company should work on the reasons why less people are buying the subscription. Many people complain about the late shipping without any apologetic rebates, the damaged goods and long wait for replacement, and similar items later sold in stores.
I love Pusheen, but Culture Fly is horrible.

Finally a spoiler! YAY!!!!!!!! I’m so glad I got this Fall box. I will definitely get use out of this super cute and sweet Pusheen hand soap dispenser. I can’t wait to get my 1st box ever. Yippeeee!
