Luxe Catch is a monthly themed and discounted women’s surprise fashion box with a mix of clothing, accessories, jewelry, handbags/small leather goods, beauty, and footwear. Some brands you might expect to see are Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, Coach, YSL, True Religion, Elie Tahari, Tory Burch, and more (basically any popular designer sold in major department stores today, can be featured in your future catch).
Luxe Catch offers two different levels of subscription: Bargain Box for $50 per month (valued at up to $200) and Posh Box for $250 a month (valued at up to $1000). The Posh Box includes more items and guarantees contemporary brands or higher.
This is the review of the Luxe Catch Bargain Box.
When you sign up, you fill out an extensive style profile. You give them an idea of stores you like to shop at, your favorite brands, and your least favorite brands. Then you choose your style from a selection of style boards and your favorite types of clothing. Lastly, you fill out a size profile. Here you can see the style board I choose, “The Dramatic”.

Luxe Catch Bargain Box “Denim Lovers” September 2018 Review
September's theme is “Denim Lovers” and is here to kick off the fall season. Before shipping, Luxe Catch sent out an email survey to subscribers to find out which brands they wanted to see. They also sent an email with examples of denim styles and a link to send them your preferences. Orders for this box were August 1-31 (shipped in September).
Luxe Catch included a nice brochure explain how the subscription works. Good info for me and I like that I can pass it on to a friend who might be interested in signing up too.
This month, a teaser for the January theme is included along with some info on a wellness retreat next year. No info about this month’s catch.
Maria High-Rise Super Skinny in Black Stocking by J Brand, Size 29 - Retail Price $228
I’m soooo happy to see these coated, black denim skinny jeans as my catch this month. I let Luxe Catch know that I like fun details (like zipper details, cool finishes) and that I was after a nice pair of black jeans for fall. I didn’t see anything like these in the email examples, but my stylist could not have done a better job.
The fit is perfect! Now that I’ve tried luxury denim, I understand the fuss. They just feel like second skin. I don’t experience sagging or having to hike them up all day. The denim is 74% cotton, 24% nylon, and 2% elastane which holds its shape but is still breathable and comfortable. I love the feeling of being “held in” but still able to breathe and eat. The coated finish gives these a leather-like look with a hint of sheen.
The high-waist is snug, supportive, and wonderfully slimming under tighter sweaters. I like that the hardware is matte black so it just blends in, adding to the sleek look.
Here is another shot of the finish. I have a feeling it will wear down with time and look more weathered in certain areas. I think it will look great like that too!

The Verdict: Luxe Catch did a wonderful job with my catch this month! I’m in love with these jeans and shocked by the value and quality. They fit perfectly and I know I’ll be wearing these constantly this fall and winter. I’m so happy I was able to give some input to the stylists ahead of time and they did a great job working with my style profile and my requests to find something great for me. October’s theme is “Falling for Fall” and is all about layering for cooler weather. I love layering so I’m super excited to see what is picked for me!
