It’s a great gift, but not a real advent calendar, it’s easier to just go shopping for your favorite items if getting things for yourself

Remember that on Boxing Day, which is December 26, Lush will discount all holiday gift boxes, including any remaining advent calendars. Everything in the holiday gift line is buy one, get one free. I’m still working through my stash from the last Boxing Day sale🙂
(Btw-the gift boxes have stickers w/ expiration dates clearly labeled for each individual product)

You are correct…the day after Christmas, gift boxes and holiday items are all BOGO. I just found some Snow Fairy body conditioner today under my sink (it WAS was in the back 😂😂😂)!

I thought they didn’t have a Boxing Day sale last year? I’m pretty sure they made the announcement and tons of people were pissed.

Too expensive…the gift sets are a better value, and more targeted to the items you enjoy, anyway

Is this a good deal? Anyone purchase last years advent calender? I’m hesitant because calendars are so overpriced this year

Fyi, there is a $14 mark up for US citizens compared to UK. Plus $6 shipping. I am new to the advent calendar world and am struggling with the price differential between UK and US. So far Body Shop is the biggest disparity almost double.

That makes me not want to order this. What’s with the markups. Lush IS in the US why the high markup. I don’t like the products that much

Actually it may be comparable to the UK version. I always look up conversion using Euro’s and they use pounds. So it’s basically the same. But if you look up the value of each item I heard it’s cheaper to buy individually and be able to get what you want. You will just be missing the decorative box.

Redhed36

I don’t know why they are like that. Really irritates me. Body shop is almost $100 more (for the biggest calendar) for the exact same box with the exact same products. Plus you have to pick it up. I am new to the advent calendar world so not sure if this is normal.

Lush has a lot of great holiday bundle gifts covering a range of price points. You aren’t limited to this one item. I love the think pink gift set.

I love Lush. I always get a holiday box for Xmas. They are usually a good deal or a least packed beautiful for opening.

My husband got me one of these a few years ago for Christmas since I love natural beauty products. The bath bomb with the stars on it is AMAZING! It smells so good, has pretty good shimmer from the stars, and leaves the water a beautiful blue color. All of Lush’s products are nice but they are expensive for regular use. They are nice for a relaxing bath though & we enjoyed using them on our honeymoon.

AH

Their products are fun…but I don’t think they’d be considered “natural”??? I used to use them all the time…then looked at the ingredient lists…some products seemed relatively “natural” but many had all sorts of artificial dyes, artificial fragrances, and parabens galore. If you are specifically looking for natural products, you might consider doing some research because I was pretty surprised at what I found…

If you ever go to Lush store they have testers out and offer samples. I got so over stimulated last time I got a sample of something, forgot it was in my basket and bought the full size too.

Hard pass. At over $8 per item, I’d rather just pick out what I want at the store.
