FFF annual is definitely worth it for $45 per box. Every seasonal box, comes out to $5 to $6 per item. The perks of customizing and first picks for add-ons are amazing. The edit sales are great! I jump on everything organic. You cannot get these prices anywhere for these products. I have drastically cut down my subscription boxes from 28 to 10 and FFF will always be one of them. You can get all beauty products from A to Z and everything in between all year long. Between the edit sales and add-ons, you can stay stocked all year. Will never give up this subscription. I am not sure about all the complaints of shipping as I always get my shipments very quick, and I live in Central Florida and it ships from California. Never had a damaged product. I have had a missing product only twice in three years which they quickly sent out a replacement no questions asked with an apology. I find their customer service to be top notch!

As I commented a little while ago my first box is going tobe the Editor’s box; does that mean I will get the Winter box as mmy first official box? Also can I change my profile whenever I want? Thank you!

If you chose annual you should be charged for the editor’s box but the winter box will be the first one to count towards the four, so the annual cost plus cost of editors box. If you chose seasonal sub you’ll be charged for editor’s then automatically charged for each season’s box. Editor’s boxes you’ll have to pay for if you want them. Yes you can change profile as needed.

My fall edit items finally arrived today! I was bummed because I received the Grown Alchemist exfoliant, but I ordered the Age Repair Gel Mask. I chatted with customer service and they are sending me the gel masque and told me to keep the exfoliant. They truly have the most amazing customer service. Not sure my wallet is ready for the next set of add-ons 😩

I have been an annual member for several years! I love this subscription box and have only had a problem wirh 1 item and that was the Fofo! I contacted customer service and it was replaced free and promptly. My teapot and French press work perfectly, not one problem and I use both frequently. I have not had a problem with the tote at all, it did not smell or bleed at all and it has been exposed to moisture. I will renew again and enjoy all my goodies!

I believe the edit sales are actually modeled after the add on sales so yes, it is very much like the edit sale 😉
As for repeats, not sure I think the type of items are often similar but only a few things are seen each sale I believe. I haven’t paid too much attention to that part though, brands often get repeated though. Watch out though, a couple of repeated items actually get a price increase…
Hoping there will be more variety for the winter add ons though, but at the same time hoping there’s nothing of interest for my wallet’s sake!!

I’m not renewing my annual membership with FFF. They have gotten really bad over the past year this last box the fall box was so awful I was so excited to get it until I actually got it and realized the quality of the items were so bad 😳 Unbelievable! They use to have quality products now it’s just all crap and they don’t seem to care either. Shipping is horrible there is no incentive for an annual sub anymore at all. I’m not giving my money up front blindly for this.

I am curious as to which items you thought were cheap? Are you talking about the edit box or the actual fall box? Of the Fall Box I have only used the Beauty Blender and the tote so far and I love the blender and like the tote. I plan to gift some of the items but don’t want to give them cr*p. Thanks!

The French press & teapot are falling apart – breaking & chipping. The tote bleeds on valuables inside & clothing so be careful!

I ordered a yearly subscription last BTBF (11/2017) and it has been great but I am guessing if I don’t cancel before 11/1 (winter box add-ons) OR if I order from the winter add-ons then I will be charged for another yearly subscription?
I suppose I will go ahead and cancel and wait to see if the black Friday deal is worth it.

I just cancelled my annual sub too it was up to renew for this winter box but I decide not to renew. If I like the winter box I’ll sign up I guess but I just don’t see any incentive anymore to pay upfront for 4 boxes I have no idea what it will be and over the past year FFF has gone down hill in my opinion. The quality is bad and shipping is a nightmare . I’m trying out a couple different subs and they are pretty good 😊 I hope FFF straightens their issues out though because they could be a good company too.

I’m in the same situation. I didn’t get any type of promo when I signed up last year so it would be nice to get a add-on credit or better deal this year. There should be some type of incentive for staying yearly.

I had $64 worth of stuff in my cart but I ended up dumping it. I still have tons of stuff not used from the last 2 sales/add ons. It took will power, but I didn’t need them. Also it makes me cross how long it takes to receive the items. They certainly hold unto your money.

I dont even have a label printed for my edit sale items. I know they say 10 days for shipping so they are within the time frame still. I feel bad for the ones that didnt get the skin & co toner! I was one of the lucky ones that was able to keep it. It is a great toner!

At $45 a box, and the option to customize more items, I think annual is worth it. I use at least 3-4 items from each box and gift the rest. With the price per item normally working out to be $5-6, I feel I can’t go wrong with this sub. And the early access to add-ons is nice too!

I don’t 100% regret my decision to go annual, but I wish I had gotten an annual to a different box, like cause box or pop sugar. I got all three fall boxes and I think the quality of FFF is the lowest. It was nice to choose, say, Farmacy eye cream over bath salts or whatever other options there were, but I now would really like the other boxes but I can no longer justify the price since we are trying to cut down on expenses.

I bought those same 3 fall boxes and agree with you about FFF being the lowest in quality. I found Pop Sugar to be the highest quality, followed by Causebox, then FFF as the lowest in quality. I only stay with FFF for the community and add-ons/edit sales, but I’m getting quite the surplus of beauty items that it might be time for an FFF break. The winter box is going to need to be great to keep me subbing.

Yes! And even my least favorite box has been worth every penny. I keep most items for myself but they make great gifts. You get early access to add ons and customization is really important to me.

I just received notification that my add-on’s have shipped, I did not order a edit box. It shipped via FedEx with an expected delivery of 10/18, it’s going from California to Indiana. I don’t remember them using FedEx previously. I ordered around $30 worth of stuff. They also couldn’t charge my card for two days b/c I had a change of credit card and their website wouldn’t let me update my card. I online chatted with them and they tried getting me to call a number and I told them I will NOT give anyone my cc info over the phone. I warn anyone having this issue not to give them your card number you never know when an employee will keep that info. Tell them they need to fix their website. The next day their site was fixed and I was able to update my cc info and within a few minutes my card was charged. My card was charged Tuesday and was shipped today.

I’m with you on that! The entire time I was an annual, I was among the last to receive my box. I would see the comments on here, their fb page, or their page of others commenting on their box, esp those who weren’t annual members…def not true.

I was so disappointed in the edit sale but they did make it up to me. I purchased the glamglow pack , the socks, and was supposed to have the skin & co toner . I had all 3 in my cart and haven’t touched my cart at all! Then I wake up to seeing my skin & co item wasn’t purchased. They said 300 people were affected by this, and that they couldn’t give a lot of people the toner bc the supplier wouldn’t release that many or something idk but I was so upset bc that toner is awesome. Anyways they gave whoever was a affected a $10 credit, so I think that was very cool of them but that never ever happened to me in any of their sales ever and I’ve had fff for a long time.

They will run out usually just before or during the release of winter spoilers. Depending on how good the Winter spoilers are, you may get to sign up a little earlier or later. The latest I’ve seen a seasonal box become available was after add-ons had closed.
