October 2018 BuddhiBox Yoga Box Review
BuddhiBox always includes a card with a mantra or saying on it. On the reverse is this month’s packing list. Most of the products they include are cruelty-free, organic, vegan, or more than one!
The Dreaming Yogi Meditation Access — Listed Retail Value $10.00
Included this month is a small card with a link to a mental spa meditation led by Meli, the Dreaming Yogi. The mediation is just shy of 7 minutes long, so it provides a perfect opportunity to sneak away from life and refresh your mind, body, and spirit.
Mystical Blossoms Breathe Aromatherapy Inhaler —Retail Value $7.00, Listed Value $6.00
This pocket-sized inhaler couldn’t have come at a better time. I suffer from seasonal allergies and often find myself congested at this time of year. The eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils really come through and open things up for me. It’s like a revamped, portable, and far less messy version of the Vaporub I grew up using. This will definitely find a place in my purse and will no doubt be used all fall/winter long!
Harmony Reiki Votive Candle — Retail Value $1.95, Listed Value $6.00
The scent from this beautiful purple candle is really potent, and I couldn’t be happier about it! I’m not sure what dragon’s blood (one of the listed ingredients) smells like, but the rose and orange blossom really come through. There is also a card included that provides an affirmation and a suggestion for how to harness the Reiki energy and manifest a miracle!
Halsa Essentials Asana Flow Essential Oil Roll-on, 10ml –Retail Value $14.95, Listed Value $15.00
Another perfectly pocket-sized treat! This aromatic roll-on smells largely of relaxing lavender, but you can pick up subtle notes of the citrus essential oils included. I also love that this product is vegan, cruelty-free, and all natural. I will probably sneak some of this onto my wrists and third eye before bed and/or meditating to achieve a deeper relaxed state.
Elestial Amethyst and Quartz – Listed Retail Value $6.00
Elestial quartz crystals are said to have an extremely high vibration and are powerful stones to aid your spiritual growth. I feel a little overwhelmed by how many different crystals are out there. I keep all those that find their way to me in a collection in my living room. I don’t know what kind of power they hold, but I like to think that they’re working some kind of magic!
The Verdict: I enjoyed this month’s BuddhiBox Essential Oil Box, especially the delicious votive candle and handy inhaler. Using a combo of retail values and list prices where retail values weren’t available, the contents of this box add up to an estimated total of $39.90, which is good for the $16.95 a month plus free shipping cost.
To Wrap Up:
COUPON: Save 10% off your first box with coupon code buddhiaddiction
Value Breakdown: This box costs $16.95 + free shipping, which means that each of the 6 items in the box has an average cost of $2.83.
