I have been curious about the MCMC fragrances, so I pulled the trigger on Phoenix. The “$10” sample pack was sold out (???) when I checked out, but I did get to add the Sugarfina GWP, even though my total after discount was less than $35.
I can also recommend the Pinrose rollerball trio. They are such cute little fun sizes, & the ones included in the trio are not the typical types of perfumes usually recorded in samplers (no roses, vanilla, or patchouli in sight!). Pillowtalk is one of my favorite scents of theirs — very soft & powdery. I use it almost like aromatherapy for sleep.

I love rose perfumes, and I’d highly recommend trying the L’Artisan Rose Privee Eau de Parfum that’s part of the sale. I got one in a Barney’s beauty box a while ago, and while I’m not the best at describing scents & notes, I think it’s a very femme & soft, but unique & sophisticated rose scent but with the slightest melody of other complementary scents that don’t overtake the rose scent. It’s like you smell the rose first, then you smell the other scents. I can’t quite place the other scents, but I’m guessing they come from the other notes like magnolia, carnation, violet, basil, etc. that BB has listed. I remember when I first got it I was actually thinking it’d replace my first love… Red Roses by Jo Malone. I still have both, so it’s still up in the air which one I’ll purchase when I run out of both. 🙂

I’ve never tried any of the ones included in the sale before so I’m not sure what I’d like. But the three that initially caught my interest all show up as “not available” anymore so I just gave up. Oh well…I didn’t really need anymore anyways. Haha.

Of the ones in this sale, Bergamot Soleil is my favorite, but it was sold out by the time I clicked.
Pomelo Paradis is also good. They had a couple sizes, so that might still be in stock.

I think the California Clementine scent is my favorite too! 🙂 I can’t really recall all of the scents, but I was gifted the Atelier advent calendar last year, and I just remember falling in love with every single scent! Just like the Jo Malone perfumes, I’d feel comfortable purchasing any of the Atelier fragrances blind because I know I’d love them. 🙂
