I subscribed and n August on the 15 to get the August box. I was charged immediately but never received a box! Now I get a message That I’m getting my box soon …September’s box! I specifically joined for the August items. I liked the fabric bag and now I find out they are switching to plastic? I would rather have cloth even if it’s recyclable because cloth is natural. So far they are making me want to unsubscribe.

I want to like play. I really do. But theres too many products I dont use or they’re terrible for my skin tone. I’ll probably get another ipsy until I’m able to get the full size one and just keep that. Unless play releases spoilers and it’s full of stuff I want I’ll stay away from it.

It would be really great if they just posted five choices every month and everyone got to pick their’s.Liz I think you should start your own subscription box and do it according to that format. Overnight success.

No thanks, Sephora. I’m over all the repeat items and when emailed y’all don’t even try to make things right. You just say you can’t guarantee what we receive. I’m not asking for specific items, I’m just asking for NEW items!

RIGHT?! If I receive that MUFE C211 again I’m gonna lose it. I want to keep this sub and like it but they really aren’t making it easy : (

I cancelled, I have been a subscriber since it started in 2017, but am on product overload and sick of repeats.

I agree TOTALLY!! I unsubbed last month after a year of mostly misses. They sell thousands of different prods so I can’t understand what the problem is. I’m over it!

I also unsubscribed after this past month. I had been subscribed from almost the very beginning and it seems as though in the past 6 months that Play! has especially gone to 💩. As a matter of fact, make that Sephora in general, imo.

Thank God I saw this post. I woke up this morning thinking maybe they upped their game and I should resub. I already own two of the items shown, so no thank you.
Play is like Groundhogs Day. Same again and again. And what sucks is someone is getting the good stuff, it’s just never me.
If they ever did a one size type for all box, I would prob resub.

I keep cancelling Birchbox and then resubbing and I’ll be damned if I can figure out why…. I seem to get hair products and perfume samples every month both of which I despise. I know Sephora repeats over and over but that’s kind of a no brainer when you sign up it says that the only thing that comes in play are the products they carry in the store. So you’re kind of guaranteed to get the same stuff over and over but thankfully three out of five times it’s stuff I actually use and it saves me from having to buy it. Now if I could just figure out why I keep spending money on Birchbox …

Not this time Sephora. I pull me in, and then when I get u I don’t get anything I wanted from sneak peeks at all 😕 I seriously went back on all my pamphlets and saw that I’ve received within less than one year of having them 5 repeated items exactly the same thing, and it’s not even the good stuff ! So I have to sincerely hang my hat 🎩 for Sephora play. Doesn’t mean I won’t get the play smart boxes or their awesome skincare kits 😁
