I heard a few weeks they will start shipping out the first week of September but I haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully in the next few days Causebox will update us. Still waiting for the rest of the spoilers impatiently.

I ordered this box last week and they have taken my money out of my bank account but when I log in it shows no active subscription. I ve emailed them twice with no luck and I can’t seem to find a phone number anywhere on thier site. Any suggestions please……

Sure does disappoint. When they send a summer box out when summer is over and lie repeatedly to customers. I cancelled. After I sent proof they lied to us they lied again. I’m done. Nothing special about this box except that it’s an unethical one. Jokes on them.

The summer 2.0 debacle was a disaster, and I’m still a little miffed about it. Their normal, quarterly boxes are usually pretty solid and good quality. I think they just bit off more than they could chew this summer. I am disappointed in their customer service, but I’ll give them another chance.

Nothing looks that unique and I have sooo many totes! Maybe I’ve been a sub addict too long?? Also, for anyone needing totes, Neiman Marcus is doing a GWP tote/samples right now. I usually stock up on the essentials every time they do these GWP totes. Most have been really nice!

I’m tempted by this but really don’t want to spend the money right now without seeing full spoilers. The bag and scarf look like the quality could be questionable and I just ordered 2 totes from fff. Can anyone comment on the quality of the items in this sub for the most part?

I was really disappointed with the Turkish towels from the first round of summer boxes. SUPER thin, not really absorbent enough to be great as towels, plus they take forever to dry. I bought two boxes because we love Turkish towels at my house and I wanted a matched set.
Everything else I received was very nice.

I agree with Sharon. In general, I’ve been happy with the quality of everything I’ve received from Causebox. However, you need to keep in mind that these are handmade items with a “giving back” theme usually so that’s where the RV comes from. These are not mass-produced items so there may be some “imperfections” that others would consider flaws but that’s really what makes them special and unique. The scarf should be 100% cotton and it appears as though the totes are canvas so I’m assuming the materials should be rather sturdy. I’m more excited about this tote than the one from FFF since it appears to be more structured.

The fabric items I received have been great. They are handmade though so don’t expect perfection or the same types of fabric that you usually see in a department store.
