FYI - Quarterly has shut down all subscriptions/shop orders. (Thanks, Dorothy for the heads up.)

Dear Quarterly and PageHabit Customers

As of August 30, 2018, Quarterly Inc., PageHabit, and all of its e-commerce stores and operations have been shut down and dissolved. No future customer orders will be taken, no existing customers will be charged, and all outstanding pre-orders (“gifts and gift cards”) have been refunded.

It has been our pleasure to serve our customers and we thank you for your support.

Hi everyone! Thanks for the well wishes! I’ve known the news for a while but was not allowed to speak about it. I wrapped up my last box in May and knew it would be my last. I wat not treated with respect or love by my quarterly family in the end and had to hire an attorney to get paid what they owed me. I was super upset that it went down the way it did and more disappointed that i gave 6 years to a company that tried to screw me over in the end. I am happy that none of my subscribers were affected since I decided to make May the final mailing. I’m sorry to leave you in this way, and for now, I will be taking a hiatus from the subscription box business. My tv hosting and digital hosting is my priority and biggest passion in life. Please email me if you’d like me to add you to my database and newsletter so we can stay in touch. Kindly, Bianca Jade

Hi Bianca! I had to search for Quarterly Co in my email…thankfully there were still some there! I really do miss this company and was so sad to learn they were no more. 🙁 I was even more sad to read about how you were treated. Happy to read you landed on your feet though…girl power! 🙂 It was an awesome idea…I wasn’t always pleased with what I received, but was happy to be a part of the experience. Cheers and continued success to you!

Thanks for the great boxes Bianca. Hope you come back to the subscription box biz soon (if this ends up being a double post then sorry about that. The one from last night didn’t show up).

As usual completely inappropriate. I’m sure your lawyer would tell you that this isn’t the place to tell all of this.

Shut it, Lisa. Subscribers deserve to know what kind of business Quarterly was.

Sammee

Sorry you had to go through all of that but I’m glad it worked out for you in the end. Hopefully everyone else who is owed money will see theirs soon. Thanks for the great boxes; I hope you pick it up again in the future. I wish you the best!

In my opinion after several sub box companies have taken people’s money and ran lately people have a right to be a little worried.

In my opinion after Little lace box, Beauty box 5,So Choix and possibly Luxe Pineapple just to name a few who took people’s money and ran people have a right to be a little concerned about this if they have an outstanding order.

I’ll miss Nina Garcia. I’ve been around since her debut box. I got every one except for maybe two. While not every one of her curations blew me away, I’m super glad I went ahead and got this last one when they went on sale for $65. The purse is amazing! It’s in my top 10 favorite items I’ve received in boxes over the past 5 years.

I’m amazed this company lasted as long as it did. The few curators they had left were just meh. I hope those who have outstanding orders will get a refund or the stuff they ordered.

JA

Their announcement (see above) specifically states all those charged for boxes not shipped have been refunded.

Sammee

Are you from Quarterly by any chance? You seem to be taking the comments about refunds a bit personally.

Betty

Well I haven’t received a refund yet 🤬I ordered the Nina Garcia box, with the purse !

JA

Since they just announced this a few days ago and it was Labor Day weekend it might take more than 24 hours for a refund to show up. Call your bank/credit card company to verify there are pending refunds before getting upset.

Betty

I never received a refund , gave them ample time . I’ll be lucky to get one now 🤬

SKD

I would not wait. It’s hard enough to dispute sub box charges. The longer you wait the harder it may be to get a refund. I don’t care if there was a holiday. I called my bank and covered myself. JA must be from Quarterly.

Caroline

I ordered the Nina Garcia box back in July and my numerous emails about why I hadn’t gotten a shipping notice after weeks and then a month went unanswered. That’s why I decided to file a dispute. They’ve had plenty of time to tell me my order was not coming.

Caroline

Dispute the charge with your bank. That’s what I just did.

I hope Bianca Jade finds another home. Her boxes were great.

Same here. As soon as I saw it, she and her box were the first thing I thought of.

Sammee

That was my first thought. Agreed.

Agree! Loved her boxes, always a great value and lots of go to products discovered.
