My husband gave me a gift card for an annual subscription for my birthday yesterday. (He rocks.) When I signed up it told me that my first box would be the Fall box, but when I got to the customization screen it said Fall customization was closed and I wasn’t able to make any choices. When I immediately went in to the website and clicked on customization it told me that fall customization is closed. Now when I click my box I still can’t see any details. When I go into my account and click on my subscriptions and orders it shows my Fall 2018 Box is awaiting shipment. It says Fall 2018 Box, not Editors Box, but I was surprised I wasn’t able to make any customization choices at all since I bought an annual subscription. I am completely new to fff so I was wondering if anyone who has been subscribed for a while could tell me if they think I will be getting a Fall Box where they just made all the selections for me, or if I’ll be getting the Editors Box and maybe there just aren’t any choices for that this time (they didn’t mention anything about choices in the unboxing livestream video), or if you think I’ll get an email when it’s time to make choices? I’m kinda confused since I’m new to all this and would love some input. Thanks!

the customization option is only available in a certain time window…. so since you purchased the fall box past that time you unfortunately won’t get to choose… you will have the option for the boxes after that though

Thank you so much! I’m happy to get an answer, even if I really wish I had been able to choose. The website made it look like I would be able to make choices until after I’d already paid. The good news is I really like most things in the fall box and I like it better than the Editors box anyway so I think I’ll be happy with whatever I get this time. I’m glad I should get to choose for the future boxes though. Thanks again for the input!

The beats by dre solo2 are on sale today on qvc for 89.95 free ship. Only in black. I’m guessing the same ones.

The headphones on QVC are wired and the FFF ones are wireless so that’s the difference in price.

Also they prob come with better return policy if you have any issues.

FFF all add I. Sales are final. I e learned my lesson with electronics in sub boxes. I used to praise BREO BOX until I ended up 2 pairs of wireless/cordless Bluetooth earbuds that didn’t charge right after about one month of light use. No refund, no replacement. Even after acknowledging from Breo that they were defective….

I live chatted with customer service and they said the headphones are wireless. So they are NOT the ones for $90 on QVC.

Hi guys. Just a question plz.
Once we order, about how long does it take to receive our items? I’ll be moving at the end of the month and won’t know my address for another week. So just curious if I should hold off on ordering are valid be safe to do so

Thank you all for all your advice. I’m just going to call fff and give them my husband work address. I was hoping that I’d be able to receive my edit items package before I moved on nov 4th in time. The house I’m moving into doesn’t have a address yet, cuz it’s new they keep telling me. So anyways thanx guys. I’m still new to fff so I’m learning

I encourage you to ship to your work or a friend or family member’s address.

I actually had this same issue last sale! They start the shipping process the day they charge you. I updated my address a few hours after I was charged, but FFF told me I was too late. Because the first leg is FedEx, it wasn’t forwarded to my new address, and because the last leg is USPS, they wouldn’t hold it for me. My package was delivered to my old address, in spite of all of my best efforts.

For freaking ever! I have an annual subscription (Priority) and I got my box after 6 weeks!

That is one reason I don’t like FFF! Their shipping time is abysmal.

Maybe it is better during edits. IDK.

You can also have your package delivered to your nearest FedEx or Walgreens, if that is easier for you.

I did not know that Fedex Smart Post would do that since the final delivery transfers at the USPS. But the USPS would hold it or forward it I would think.

You won’t be really ordering until the 9th when the sale is over so you should be fine.

You can always forward your mail to your new house when you move…

It takes roughly 2 weeks for them to ship after the payment and then depending on your location another week. In my case they always used fedex, i am sure you can change the address before they ship or get it to pick up at a fedex location.
