Bless Box September 2018 Spoiler + Coupon!

The lashes sort of make sense… I’m seeing them in a lot of boxes and Sazan recently posted a “Help Me” video where someone came and demonstrated how to put them on… really nice video actually. As a subscriber, they haven’t taken up too much value of the box and if I wear them, it’s nice to get a fresh pair.

I agree though, this box has potential but still feels like it’s not totally delivering. I imagine getting their site/platform to a place that allows customization takes a heft of resources. There are some very straightforward things they could do to improve the monthly experience though.

I think if they fixed their shipping and moved it to earlier in the month, gave more spoilers allowing people to opt out before the box is shipped and most importantly started including full sized product consistently, people would get really excited.

I think they really feel Wen is a great quality product. The August box had it, however, it had a $50 value (which is consistent with Wen’s site). However it was only 2 oz of the 3rd hair mask sent out since May and the hero product. :/ A product that you can find easily online for less than half of that. most everything else were single use items or travel/deluxe sample.

The site talks about best of the best, luxe, full size beauty. However it seems when luxe is included, it is travel or deluxe sample sized. If there is full sized product, it’s more of a drug store brand. Or you might get a full size luxe with lots of samples or the rest mostly full size drugstore… whatever it is – it doesn’t feel it delivers on what is advertised. Their online presence is beautiful, a lot of work goes into the brochure in the box… I wish that much went into the actual box – it just doesn’t match. Most of their boxes anyway.

There are just too many other subscriptions that are able to deliver that cost less. PS I don’t mind a good drugstore item if it’s worth a shout out.

Just my experience. I really want to support them. I think Sazan seems like a positive voice in the beauty community. Their Summer bonus box was awesome – no stand out hero (for me) but very pampering and I will be using everything in it. Very much a treat and worth much more than the cost. Totally recommend.

I will say for the monthly, I use almost everything. What I don’t I gift only because I think it is a great fit for family/friends. Not because I don’t like it. You end up using the product throughout the month and there is a lot of self care. Looking beautiful beyond just another palette. The things that make you look beautiful when you are taking good care of yourself.

I don’t mind a few sets of lashes every year – better than multiple black eyeliners, which all boxes seem to send…. Sazan actually has a recent video up on putting on lashes that is really good.
I imagine it takes some heft in resources to move to allowing subscribers to choose, which would be awesome and make for even more happy subscribers.

For me, I feel like they want to stand by Wen and if she really has personal experience with Wen that is great – I don’t mind that, but I do understand why others might have a problem with it.

My issue with the Wen this last month is that it is the 3rd hair mask included since May, it looks like it it will not last over a handful of uses, cost-wise, it is the hero product of the box valued at $50 for 2oz. However it is in multiple places on the internet for less than half that value. Bless did not inflate, it just doesn’t have that value for me since it is so available elsewhere for so much less.

For me, I would love if they would start by sending less travel size/deluxe samples and more full sized product, as their site claims. If the brands are drugstore, they seem to be full sized, when they move to higher price points, they seem to be the smaller sizes. Yet the site boasts curation for the best of the best, luxe and full sized.

I don’t mind a good drugstore product if it truly is worth a shout out, btw.

This and working out their shipping delays. Other boxes guarantee shipping dates, however this one needs a wide shipping window.

All this said, there is very little product that comes that I don’t use or gift because I truly think a friend or family member will really like it. You end up using it daily or throughout the week and feeling cared for. I agree, I think it has so much potential, it just gets overshadowed by this feeling that they aren’t delivering on what they advertise. THOUGH their Limited Edition boxes seem to be wonderful. I ordered the Summer box and truly love it. So pampering and it’s still available so I highly recommend.

This box has great potential. Yet has never reached greatness. To many repeat and similar items. The platform they use does not allow user flexibility to cancel or skip. You have to email and wait for a return email to do that. I m not fond of seeing wen in a box especially not as often as this box has it.

The June box had lashes. The April box had a package of 3 pairs of lashes. I tried to stick with them because they had a few really great months, but I’m glad this is my last box.

They just sent lashes like 2 boxes ago. Lame.
