UPDATE - this company is not responding to customers or shipping boxes. Do not subscribe to this box. If you are waiting for a box, we recommend filing a chargeback with your credit card company.

5th Avenue Style is an accessories subscription box based out of New York City that specializes in luxury fashion items at a deep discount. Their motto is “Effortless Elegance” – and they boast that their company is made up of a team of highly professional stylists and fashion veterans. In the monthly subscription box, you are guaranteed 4-5 branded luxury accessories items with a minimum value of $250.

When you sign up for this box, or any of the variations (e.g. other subscription boxes, their membership club, or limited edition boxes) you will complete a short questionnaire indicating things like what colors you love, which you avoid, your preferred accessories, style, and metal color - and some sizing info where applicable (for instance, with rings).

There are several subscriptions available from 5th Avenue Style including:

  • SUBSCRIPTION BOXES ($98/month or 3 months for $279): Includes 4-5 luxury accessories items such as jewelry, scarves, bags, small leather goods, sunglasses with a minimum value of $250.
  • DELUXE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES ($159 or 3 months for $447): Features 4-5 branded luxury accessories items such as jewelry, scarves, bags, small leather goods, sunglasses with a minimum value of $350.
  • LIBERTY CAPSULE SUBSCRIPTION ($249 every 2 months): Liberty Capsule is a bi-monthly subscription that features 2-3 pieces of high-quality clothing and 1-2 accessory pieces.
  • QUARTERLY VIP SUBSCRIPTION BOX ($390 every 3 months): Features 4-5 items of brand name jewelry and accessories including popular European designers and seasonal items. This box has $900+ Retail Value.
  • QUARTERLY DRESS FOR SUCCESS BOX ($490 every 3 months): Features a branded handbag, 4-5 items of brand name jewelry and accessories along with upscale beauty and skin care products. This box has $950+ Retail Value.

This review is for the 5th Avenue Style Monthly Subscription, $98 a month, box.

My Subscription Addiction paid for this box. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

About 5th Avenue Style

The Subscription Box: 5th Ave Style Monthly Subscription Box

The Cost: $98 + free US shipping

The Products: 4-5 branded luxury accessories items with a minimum value of $250

Ships to: Worldwide! “Anywhere where ladies desire upscale accessories.” Standard shipping is free in the contiguous 48 states. International shipping is $35.

Good to Know: 5th Avenue Style is notorious for slow shipping. For perspective, this box was ordered on July 10. They try to ship within 15 business days from the date of the order for their regular subscription box. This means my box should have shipped on or before July 31, however it shipped on September 1. Their quarterly boxes can be delayed by months, rather than weeks, but you do always get your box in the end!

5th Avenue Style July 2018 Review

5th Avenue Style has you fill out a survey when you subscribe to this box. You describe your metal preference, any colors you like or dislike, and your preferred accessories. There is also a section to leave a note to 5th Avenue. From what I have learned from the forum and people who have subscribed, the more details you give,  the better your chances of the box is just to your liking. Here is what I said in my note to 5th Avenue:

I have very fat wrists that makes fitting bracelets difficult. I prefer necklaces I can throw over my head rather than clasping. I love dangly earrings. I prefer bags that can fit a wallet, an iPhone, and a makeup bag vs really small bags. I don’t use clutches (too scared of losing them!). I wear prescription glasses 90% of the time.

Also, after my recent box, I emailed them with more feedback.

Now let’s see the box they put together based on all of that information!

Here is the invoice detailing my items.

Evocateur Alexandria Earrings - Retail Value $148

The extra month of waiting is totally worth it when I open up my box and find these. I have been a fan of Evocateur pieces for at least a few years, as they are always stunning works of art. Evocateur was also a 2018 finalist in the Jewelers Choice Awards and have won awards in 2015, 2016, and 2017. These earrings feature a 1-inch disc designed to evoke the rich culture of ancient Alexandria, Egypt, and they are finished with 22k gold leaf with 14k gold plated ear wires. These are so comfortable—I am wearing them now and it barely registers that I have them on. I appreciate that they’re not too heavy, and I love that they are versatile enough that I can dress them up or just rock them while wearing a dress and cardigan with my hair in a bun. This matches my profile perfectly, as I said that I love dangly earrings.  I am really happy to finally have an Evocateur piece to own and cherish!

Les Georgettes Gold Pendant Necklace

Les Georgettes Gold Pendant Necklace – Estimated Value $59

Les Georgettes! This French brand is a popular inclusion in 5th Avenue Style, and I am always happy to receive a new piece. This necklace features a gold pendant that measures 0.63 inches and the color backing can be removed, switched out, or flipped. This pendant is on a 21-inch gold finished box chain, and while it does have a hook and eye clasp it is long enough that I can just toss it over my neck.

This is another perfect match from my profile, where I said I prefer necklaces I can put on without fiddling with a clasp.

The leather circle is mermaid blue on one side and aqua on the other, which goes great with my everyday style. I also really like how this necklace looks with no leather backing, but if I wear it that way I will be scared of losing the leather!

ArtZen Freshwater Pearl, Amethyst, and Hematite Necklace

ArtZen Freshwater Pearl, Amethyst, and Hematite Necklace

When I pulled this necklace out of the box I was originally unsure of how I felt about it. I don't typically reach for jewelry like this, as the homemade jewelry aesthetic has never been my personal style. Once I put this on, however, I knew I absolutely loved it. I wear some type of black dress at least three days a week, and this long style necklace with the hematite seed beads with the freshwater pearl and amethyst really creates a look that fits with my personal style. Again, I love that I can just toss this over my head, and I love that it hits right in the middle of my chest to break up the standard all-black background. Purple is my favorite color, and I love the way the amethyst plays with the classy pearls and the shiny hematite.

Alta Vintage Antique Rhodium Bangle

Alta Vintage is similar to ArtZen in that there is basically no helpful information about the brand online. It can be a bit irritating, but ultimately it's not that big of a deal to me. I absolutely LOVE that this bracelet fits me! Most of the bangle is a silver colored braided cord and at either end is a ball adorned with crystals. I don’t normally wear bracelets due to the fit issue, so I am not sure if I am supposed to wear these with the balls on the inside of my wrist or outside?

Here it is modeled both ways. It’s comfortable both ways too—maybe this is supposed to be a multiple wear kind of bracelet?

Skincode Essentials Lifting Moisture Mask, 2.6 oz

Bonus! Skincode Essentials Lifting Moisture Mask, 2.6 oz – Retail Value $40

As an apology for the delay, 5th Avenue Style also included this full-size face mask from Skincode, a Swiss brand. I love face masks, and this one goes on clear and only needs to be worn for 10 minutes. It has both Vitamin E and C, and I found the mask to be gentle and soothing while plumping up my skin with as much moisture as it could take.

The Verdict: I was a little concerned when I saw my box, as I knew it wouldn't be big enough to fit a purse. Who needs a new purse, however, when you get a pair of Evocateur earrings! I really appreciate that every single item in this box matched with my style profile and the comments I left. Everything fit perfectly, and I am so excited to up my accessory game to be a more stylish Jessica. Value-wise, this box promises to have a value of at least $250, and the Les Georgettes and earrings alone add up to $207, and I think that bracelet and other necklace easily pushes the total value over $250. Obviously, the elephant in the room is the shipping issue. Let's be frank—it is an issue and a frustrating one at that. Ultimately, however, a stellar box was delivered to me, and I am eagerly looking forward to the next one, even though it's going to be a bit of a wait.

The Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Because of the variation, it’s unlikely that you would get the same items that I’m showing here. The value should be similar and is promised to at least be $250.

Value Breakdown: This box costs $98 + free shipping, which means that each of the 4 items in the box (not including the bonus) has an average cost of $24.50.

Hi, may I know if you do custom accessories for specific stones and chains? Thank you!

Oh, here’s their profile through BBB to file a complaint and leave a review:

I filed complaints, and 5th Avenue Style replied to the BBB and the NY Attorney General saying they refunded my money. They didn’t, and I told the BBB and the NY Attorney General that they did not.

If you file a complaint with the BBB or the State of New York, Office of the Attorney General, do not tell them your case has been resolved until you actually see the money.

The State of New York, Office of the Attorney General can be contacted at (212) 416 8433 or [email protected].

In my case, my credit card refunded my money.

I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and the NY AG. For some reason the BBB is taking forever to get this resolved. This company sent me a refund notice for the 3 boxes I never received but it’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund. I paid through paypal and am trying to fight it with them but they have a 180 day timeframe on refunds so they’re giving me a hard time. I’m so upset about this, and I’m spending countless hours of my life trying to get this resolved. I’m leaving reviews everywhere I can think of to alert others of the fraudulent behavior of this company. I can’t even understand how they are still in business.

CC

I have filed a complaint and left a review on the Better Business Bureau for this company, and I want to ask others to join so that we can forewarn customers from buying from this company–

Here’s what I submitted:

Complaint Type: Consumer to Business Complaint

Nature of complaint: Delivery Issues

Problem description:
Ordered a VIP box back in July 2018. On the company’s website, it shows shipping date would be October 15 at the latest. The time came and went, and here I am, empty handed and out four hundred dollars. I’ve emailed multiple times, called, messaged them through Facebook and have been given the same excuse each time:

“We are waiting for some new and exciting merchandise for your box and will ship the order right away once it is received.” That is literally word-for-word from an email they sent November 15 (aka THREE months ago). Nothing takes this long to ship, even from China! Also want to point out that they are still selling new seasonal boxes, but I’m sure no one is receiving theirs. Honestly, just check out blogs where multiple people are complaining about this company. I will be posting everywhere to forewarn others so they don’t get in the same situation as me. Shady business–stay away!!!

Desired Resolution: Delivery of Order
Desired Outcome
Refund or my box that you have received payment for!!!

I ordered two boxes in June that I haven’t received. Their last reply to my many emails was on January 18th, saying they would process refunds to me—never happened. Unfortunately, it seems like the website is still allowing people to place orders.

Reply ButtonReply

Cc

Same. Ordered in July of 2018. Several emails, no box. I’ve just about lost hope and have spent $350 on a vip box. The closer it gets to a year without a box, the angrier I get.

Reply ButtonReply

Kelli

Does anyone know the most recent time anyone actually received a box from them? Not just a promise or empty tracking number. Anyone get a box in January? In December? In November?

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

I have gone on everyone of their social media platforms since they don’t respond to any of my emails. I purchased total of four boxes from them. Two from January 22,2018. I finally received a response via Facebook messsenger that they were shipping me a box. I received tracking yesterday. Let’s see what happens with this one and if they plan on shipping the other 3.

Reply ButtonReply

EMF999

Did you receive your box?

EMF999

I just hopped onto this page to ask the same question. I was told a box would be sent in mid-Nov (that after multiple emails) but so far nothing has been received and I’m no longer getting replies to my emails. I’m about to file a dispute with AMEX.

Reply ButtonReply

Zo

How did it go? with Amex? When I disputed on my amex they told me it was older than 60 days so I’m out of luck. The payments I made via Paypal were credited back to me, however.

Rhonda Roberts

I got my Summer box that I ordered in March in early November after emailing them like crazy for two months and finally disputed the charge on my credit card and threatening bad reviews on here and every beauty group I belong to.

Reply ButtonReply

Betty

I’m so glad I came here and read the reviews as I almost purchased the box. After reading all the reviews here about waiting months and months to even get the box, I’ll pass. Such a shame because I think I would have really liked this subscription.

Hi
Does anyone know the claim period for PayPal? Sadly it looks like 180 days. I have 3 boxes, one of which was a bday from hubby, I haven’t broken it to him yet. Hubby bought the box on his credit card. Does anyone have any ideas of how I could claim?
@Liz please can you help?
Thx

Deb

You can dispute the charge(s) with your credit card company. Non-receipt. You can provide records of your contact with the company and their unkept promises.

Deborah

I am another person who never received her box from 5th Avenue Style. I ordered the Summer Time box on March 21st. During the TEN MONTHS I have been waiting, I wrote to them four times. Their replies included “the box is practically ready” on 16 Aug; “Do not worry…we are waiting for the item” on 30 Aug; “Please accept our apology for the delay.
We will not wait for the remaining items and will put together a nice box for you to enjoy” on 3 Nov. Since then I have written to them twice, with no response.

I assume they are bankrupt or going out of business, which is too bad because I have ordered boxes in the past from them and been pleased with the items they sent.

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

I am beyond frustrated. I’ve ordered four boxes. I’ve sent emails. I’ve gone on Instagram as well as Facebook. I’ve called the number and no one responds to me. The first box I ordered was in January of last year. In April they responded that my box was on the way. Here I am still waiting.

Reply ButtonReply

Debbie

Wow! That is definitely an extremely long wait. My experience with this company is they are slow. I ordered something in 2017 and it took nearly 9 months before I got my items. When I finally wrote and said I am going to contest the charge on my credit card because of non-receipt, I got my box within two weeks of that last note. I will never order from that company again no matter how much I suffer from FOMO.

Reply ButtonReply

Deborah

Contesting the charge with my credit card is good advice. Thank you. I am filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of New York and the Better Business Bureau. I would have much rather had a nice box of accessories. 🙁

Wendy

I ordered a box in May-the Mystery box. The Mystery is why I haven’t received it. Tomorrow will be 8 months. The last time I heard from 5th Ave was Dec 21. Today I sent an email via their website and got an Out of Office message. What the hell? I feel so cheated and robbed. They even went so far as to send me a tracking number; but you know what? that only works when the package with said tracking number is taken to the post office. I am so frustrated.

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

I think I have been more than patient considering the first box I purchased was on January 22nd and 3 others after that. I’ve received nothing and now not even a response to my emails. Customer service is silent. I’ve spent thousands and I get no response. I’m done waiting and am filing claims. Luckily I used PayPal for my purchases and will not wait any longer

Reply ButtonReply

Debbie

Good for you! No one should ever have to wait nearly a year to get their products. I feel that my Subscription Addiction should not advertise their products given how many people have so much trouble receiving what they have ordered.

Reply ButtonReply

Wendy

On May 22 I ordered the Mystery Bestsellers box. This morning I realized I had never received it nor received any communication about it-6 months later? I wrote them this morning and in 15 minutes I received the following:
Dear Wendy,

We are sorry for not contacting you earlier.

Please do’t worry; we will update you on your box shipping no later than tomorrow.

Thank you and have a great day,

5th Avenue Style Team

Follow up–STILL NOTHING. Today is Jan 20.

Wendy I ordered the same box on 5/16 & still haven’t received it. I received the same response (“Shipping no later than tomorrow”) on 12/11. It’s now 12/17 and nothing…

Mary

I came on this website specifically to attempt to reach the 5th avenue customer service because sometimes they respond here. I am in the same boat! Ordered a box in May (box orders 19811 and 20265 if you’re listening customer service lol!) and stupidly ordered another box in June and they are not responding to my calls and emails, now that they basically got the whiff that I want my money back!

Is this a scam? I have sunk such a considerable amount of money in, and gotten no reply, and I am thinking where do I go from here? Should I try to get my money back from the bank? Is there like a small claims court for shady online companies? I feel like especially recently, they have not been sending out anyone’s boxes, and I bet the company is closing soon or something. This feels like right before Bernie Madoff got outed as a scammer lol

Any advice guys?

Has anyone received a box from 5th avenue style lately?

Reply ButtonReply

Debbie

I would suggest that you contest your PayPal or credit card charge.

Ellen

Mary, I was in the same boat as you, until yesterday.

I placed an order back in March for the LE Summer box, left them a message on their website and emailed them twice in September, getting one reply saying my bag from Europe was delayed and asked if I want it replaced by a bag with similar value. I really liked the original Lancer bag I picked so I chose to wait. Then there’s 3 months without any update and I started to get really worried. This week I called them, left them a voice message, and also email them for updates. Got an email on the same day saying they received my voice message, another email the next day saying my bag from Europe was delayed more than expected and will offer me a bag replacement if not received next week. I’m glad that they are still trying to solve the problem, but really hope they updated me earlier, since I literally did not buy a bag I was eyeing on during BF on sale just because I thought it was too similar to the Lancer bag I picked on the LE Summer box. Bags are like perfumes to me, both can get very personal. At this point, I just really hope they can give me some really good options and let me pick the replacement bag.

Hope my experience helps. I would suggest you call them and leave them a voice message. I think they only use the number to collect message instead of actually answering the call. And I would also suggest you follow up your call with an email, or a few more emails if you don’t get any reply.

Kris

I was looking through receipts this weekend and realized that I haven’t received the box that I purchased on 7/13/18 nor any communication. I’ve tried sending several emails but never get a reply. I just emailed them again and I’m keeping my fingers crossed that maybe I’ll get a reply. I completely understand shipping delays but the lack of communication I cannot. I would sincerely hope that MSA will note these issues on any future reviews so that future subscribers are at least notified.

Reply ButtonReply

CC

Also, just want to note that they responded to my emails while I was still a subscriber but haven’t responded to either of my emails since cancelling (because obviously I don’t want to get charged another 400 without even receiving the first box I paid for).

What is the longest someone has waited for a 5th Avenue box?

Reply ButtonReply

Jo

I am still waiting for the home box, which has been over a year, plus 2 other boxes! They are not even replying to my emails.

Deb

Last year mid September 2017 I ordered from this company and I did not receive my items until mid March 2018. About a 6 month wait. I got an ugly mustard colored clutch that I gave to the thrift shop. I was promised a “gift” for waiting such a long time. Ha! It was a coupon for 20% off one item that was over-priced. That got tossed away. Why would I ever spend money on a so called gift. A lousy piece of paper.

Zo

I’m still waiting on a spring box I paid for in late January. I also ordered summer and autumn boxes plus a few other boxes. I must be an idiot.

CC

SAME! I emailed them twice in the last week for the box I ordered on July 6 (FOUR MONTHS AGO). With the box being $390, I’m starting to sweat thinking they’re never sending it. This is ridiculous.

Reply ButtonReply

Beverley

I ordered a Deluxe Box on May 27th. I still have not received it. They did reply about a month after ordering but since then absolutely nothing. I’ve emailed, called. I don’t know what else to do except wait. Still…
I’m so disappointed with this company.

Reply ButtonReply

Marcy

Yay! Just got my box with Mutsaers bag and love it. The bag is beautiful.
Long wait, but the value is amazing.

Reply ButtonReply

Syl

I was wondering if I was the only fool that fell for the $30 trial of their membership club that was supposed to give you access to extra discounts; but not one newsletter or new box.
I can’t even get a response about a return from July.
I’m sure they will say it is in my spam folder but I check it daily. Thank goodness that is the only box that I have ever gotten from them.
Thank you everyone for letting me vent!

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

Nope. I paid the $100 membership fee as well as purchasing 4 boxes beginning in January. I have yet to receive anything.

Reply ButtonReply

Rhonda Roberts

Just to let everyone know that I finally received my box today! Finally! I got the Mutsaers bag that I wanted which is lovely. I also received an Evocateur pendant which is just ok. (Not that impressive because the chain is so tiny and cheap). I also received two rings, one with a Rivka Friedman which is definitely NOT my taste but well made, and one that is an Alta Vintage which I really like. The FREE gift is a pair of Kathy Ireland sunglasses. Without the sunglasses, the total is more like $ 600 not $700+ as promised. It’s a good thing that I lLOVE the bag or this whole ordeal would not have been worth it. That being said I will probably never order from this company again. It took 7 months to the day and a lot of effort to get my box.

Reply ButtonReply

Cindy

I’m glad you received a box. I’m still waiting on four of my boxes including the Spring box. I just emailed them again to see what the holdup is. I’ve literally spent thousands and also paid a membership fee and so far nothing if I don’t get a response in the next few days. Luckily all my orders are through PayPal so I will just request refunds

Amanda

Here is a copy of the emails between me and customer service for my summer box. It’s now 9/23 and I’ve sent 2 additional email requests asking for exchange sticker and information and have heard NOTHING. Beware of this company their shipping and costumer service is a nightmare and they don’t send the items they promise in their “spoilers”
Here is the emails
This is their response then I heard/received nothing

Dear Amanda,

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your box.

We will send you a return label for it and will work with you on its replacement.

Thank you,

5th Avenue Style Team

Hello
I am including several pictures with this email. The Empress watch I received was completely different then the spoiler promised. Not just color but style as well. The one sent the Empress Valois watch has no calendar/date function and the watch face is huge with crytals all over and is a partial skeloton face. The watch sent is 38mm diameter compared to 35mm of the Messalina and it makes a huge difference when you have small wrists. I like simple delicate jewelery/watches not gaudy giant gemstone covered pieces. Because of the HIGHLY inflated RV of these watches you also promised a handbag with this box that I didn’t receive. So I ended up with a watch I hate and will never wear and 4 “boutique” jewelery pieces that are not high end or brand name.
I spent $210 dollars on 4/1/18 and anxiously waited for a box that is a true let down. I know there are no refunds but I would like an exchange for this ugly watch and I would like to receive the handbag that was promised.
Please somebody contact me to let me know how I exchange and to tell me if I am getting the handbag that was promised.
Thank you
Amanda

I sent a bunch of pictures of the items and the correspondence from MSA review comments where they promised a handbag AND the watch because the watch that they claimed was 1000RV was for sale all over between 97-137

I too ordered the Summer box in April however I am still waiting! I have exchanged several emails with them and each one has said they were waiting on 1 item and would send soon. The last one sent 10/6 gave shipping info however it has not been dropped off to be shipped! I guess that is another way they squeeze more days out of it if the box isn’t ready. The only way I even got the shipping info is to request a refund or I dispute my charge. I am now terrified of what I will receive based on your review. They did promise a handbag and watch so I hope I will be getting those. They also said they would throw in some ‘extras’ for my patience. Frankly my patience was lost back in August. I doubt I will order from them again when there are so many other companies that have quality products and ship on time.

Roni Bourne

I am in exactly the same boat as you Cheryl. I have been waiting since I paid for the Summer box in March. Very little to no communication until I threatened to cancel and then I got the tracking number on Oct. 6th but it hasn’t actually been shipped. I don’t understand what the problem is and why they can’t be honest about the schedule. I’ve waited this long and hate to get the refund now but I’m not sure that I’ll ever get my box.

cheryl

Ok, finally received the box. I am so disappointed! While I did receive a Mutsaers bag it was not the Volpe which was my first choice. The Galore is still pretty and I will keep it. However, there is no watch included. I don’t know if this was an option of either the watch or jewelry and accessories. If so, we should have been advised since I had selected getting a watch.

I received the Mutsaers bag, an Evocateur pendant not even listed on their site, 2 sterling silver gold-plated rings and Kathy Ireland sunglasses. Also, there were promises of at least 2 extras for the delay and not receiving it prior to my 50th birthday. I received only 1 item marked as a gift (1 of the rings) on the invoice.
Based on retail value online for what was included in my box the total comes to approximately $664 and that includes the value of the 1 gift included of a gold plated ring from Alta Vintage. This falls well short of the promised $700+ value of the box.
I have sent an email requesting to return the pendant and the sunglasses to get the watch and am awaiting patiently for the reply. While they are prompt in responses the only item of any value is the beautiful bag. The rest feel quite cheap including the chain and pendant. I’ll keep you posted on any response I receive but I’m sure the return and re-shipment will probably be well into next year by the time I receive it.

SandySue

I ordered the Spring box in February and have received nothing at all. They did answer emails saying the box would be sent out next week but they have been saying this for about 3 months.

Hi Jennifer at 5th Avenue,

Can you please update my orders #19314 & #19665? I sent email on 9/9 but still no reply from 5th Ave. I checked my spam folder and there is nothing from 5th Ave.

Are there any reviews of the higher value subs? I’d love to see one before committing.

I just bought my first boxes which were the Summer and Mystery box. I sent an email inquiring about them and received a quick response that they should be shipping soon. I think one of the reasons shipping is slower is they really make an effort to customize per client request. I was pleasantly surprised when 5th Ave explained that for my mystery box I was interested in home items and taking a little longer to complete. I can hardly wait for my boxes to arrive.

Wow~! I actually like the smaller disc style of the Evocateur earrings better than the two inch teardrop style (which is beautiful, too, but I would never wear.) And to get Evocateur and Les Georgette’s in the same box is great!

I wasn’t sure about the Art-Zen necklace from the photo, but seeing it laid out it is stunning. It reminds me of pieces I have been tempted to buy from Na Hoku with freshwater pearls and natural stones. I’d guess an RV of at least $65 for that one.

The cuff bracelet is in a style I look for and love – I think it’s meant to wear with the balls on top, but no reason it can’t be worn the other way, too! I actually own one in a simpler/similar style (twist band and metal balls) that has magnets in the balls and was made to deliberately be worn with the balls against the wrist for supposed medical benefits. (I found it helped a little with joint pain, but that might have been a placebo effect.) I’ve seen similar designs in the plated style range from $5 knock offs to $300 designer pieces. RV around $45 maybe for the Alta Vintage version?

A great box – even without a bag. I need to pick up another 5th Ave bag soon – I may wait for this years holiday box. (Regretting skipping over the Mustears/Evocateur box that was recently offered, as that’s a combo I would love! But I’d finally just received last years completed holiday box, lol, so have a new Coach purse from that.)

Shipping is so slow, but if they can only optimize two out of three things (speed, value, quality) I guess I’d rather sacrifice the speed.

Thanks for your help with guesstimating values! I agree with you on the value, Quality, and speed analogy!

I waited for my box sooooooo long, but when I finally got it, it was sooooo good.
5th Ave, please improve your shipping and I will get every single box of yours!

Is there an RV on the bracelet?

Before anyone subs to this, know that they aren’t responding to several msa readers’ emails about previous orders, as stated on previous posts. I would like confirmation that they’re even in business at this point.

Dear Kyn,
We are replying to clients’ e-mails. Unfortunately, in some cases, they end up in spam folders. Lately, we started to ask clients to confirm the receipt of our messages.
Thank you,
5th Avenue Style Team

Hello Jennifer,
I have sent quite a few emails to the 5th Avenue team to send a replacement bag for the Lancaster bag. I was told that you haven’t received this bag from Europe and I waited for this bag as that is what I requested and was one of the spoilers. I am not impressed by the service and lack of communication that has been ongoing.

Could you please send my order with a replacement bag as I haven’t received a response from your team?

Thank you,

Michaela

Well I’ve sent numerous messages. I haven’t received a response and yes I check my spam. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I have ordered 4 different boxes 2 of them in January. 11 months and nothing… I also have a membership. This is beyond ridiculous. The first email promised a free gift. It seems to be Kathy Ireland glasses. No Thank you, I want an answer or a box. I’ve payed with PayPal and I will give a few more days for a response Otherwisw I will request a refund of my thousands spent. Fool that I am I could have traveled to New York and Paris and pick out my own jewelry in 11 months

Jennifer,
I send emails to the address you quoted and I fill out the info on the actual page to request info on my order. I was given a tracking number on Oct. 6th but it still hasn’t shipped so why so many games? When are you ACTUALLY going to ship me my box? I would be cautious about ordering any other boxes from you and I tell my friends not to until this is resolved. You probably won’t respond anyway because I have replied to you before for clarification.

Victoria

I have sent you an email about the spring box I ordered in January. When can I expect a response?

Raquel

Hi Jennifer,
Can I still buy the summer box?

Ellen

Hi Jennifer,
I’ve left a few messages through the contact page on the website about my box, but have not received any response. Is there a email I can directly reach for customer support?
Thanks

Kyn

Thanks! I’ll send another email this afternoon.

Jessica Hapak

Hi Kyn!
I have been reading the comments on previous posts. 5th Avenue has been replying to my (personal, unaffiliated with MSA) emails over the past two weeks, though there was about a two week gap where I was waiting for a response. They are still in business, but they are definitely a bit behind.

Thank you for letting me know! I’ll email them again.

Great review of a stunning box. Seriously- Evocateur and Les Georgettes in one box!! Whoo-Hoo!! That is my dream box. I may have to break down and finally subscribe.

You mention that after your previous box, you sent them more info. Would you mind sharing what that was since that led to this perfection?

Hi Beth! I know after I recieved my les Georgette’s bracelet I let them know how much I loved the brand, and I think at some point I mentioned I would love to try evocateur as well. Sorry I don’t remember specifically!
