This is my second box, being I thought to give it another month…I like it well enough I am considering staying for a third month.

They don’t seem to feature the name brands they touted, like Karen Kane and House of Harlow. I think the quality has slipped quite a bit. I canceled after one of my pieces broke the first time I wore it.

I love the tassel necklace, but am ambivalent about the rest. I’m gonna hope the box will go on discount as they do occasionally rather than drop the $40.

Gosh these are so cute… but from past experience, I would be very wary of the quality no matter how tempting these look! Not just that they tarnish, but they’re not very intelligently or carefully made!

I canceled after two months, not due to the curation but because I was disappointed in the quality of the pieces. The necklaces I liked the most got tarnished and dirty looking after just a few wearings. I prefer to buy vintage costume jewelry because they actually keep their colors for a long time.

I just have to say I really dont get the pineapple thing…I mean, I love eating the fruit, but I do not get the appeal as decoration or jewelry. AT ALL!!! Lol

FUN FACT: pineapple imagery is a symbol of ‘swinging’ and I avoid it partially because I definitely prefer abstract designs and due to not wanting to appear to be a ‘unicorn’.

I think many words may mean things to various people but I don’t feel the same and never heard of a pineapple referring to something like that…kind sad cause it’s an innocent fruit and had no say in that kind of label.
I feel it’s what one personally receives and receives and I know I am not a swinger so a pineapple does not mean the same thing to me as it may to a swinger.
I mean there are some who like pizza and refer to girls as that…it’s crazy nearly every fruit and veggie has been given a bad rap….bananas.

I had no idea! I have a mug with a pineapple that has a saying, “live a pineapple life, be sweet on the inside, stand tall, and wear a crown.
We also honeymooned in Hi and visited the Dole plantation. Have been blessed to go back to Oahu a couple of years ago. So, I have a few pineapple things, but not a real collection.
I will have to pay attention when I wear this pineapple necklace. Haha.
