Trendy Memo August 2018 Review

This month the info card is back! Enclosed is the monthly info card with the box contents and their description with Trendy Memo’s hashtags and website address and on the back of the info is “My Monthly Memo” a to-do list, and top goals & priorities checklist.

Morse Code Bracelet

Morse Code Bracelet – Estimated Value $14.00

This morse code bracelet is new to me, and there are tons of tutorials (I found one here). My bracelet says “Focus.” The bracelet is a great reminder to stay focused and on track with a goal or project at work.

Here I am wearing the morse code bracelet.

Circle Keychain Notepad

Circle Keychain Notepad – Retail Value $2.00

Subscribers got not one but two notepads that are perfect for work or at home. This small circular blank notepad has “Circle back to this Later” on the front, and has a hundred pages that are blank. I can attach the gold ring to my keychain or backpack for on the go lists or notes.

Copper XXL Binder Clip

Copper XXL Binder Clip – Retail Value $9.00

This extra large copper binder clip is versatile for my home office or personal use. The binder clip can hold photos, or notes, important documents or I can use it as a bag hanger.  This subscription always sends the cleverest of items that I have never seen or used.

“Check It Off Notes & To Do’s” Notepad – Estimated Value $15.00

This item is perfect for me; I love making a list and taking notes and its small enough to put in my purse. The spiral notepad has three sections with sayings on each, “…and she never gave up, (no matter the size of the to-do list),” “let’s crunch these goals,” and “coffee…and then the world.” Each section has a stack of perforated notepad paper that has notes on one side and a to-do section with little boxes to check off when I have finished a to-do on the other side.

Lunch Cooler – Estimated Value $8.00

The rose gold insulated cooler with “Let’s Do Lunch” on the front is made from washable paper and is a must-have for anyone who brings their lunch to work. The rose gold makes it look chic, and I love the tattered look it gives from the wrinkled paper. The dimensions are 5.5″ W x 12″ H x 6.75″ D and to clean either wipe clean or hand wash. This lunch bag/cooler is a lot roomier than the old red lunch bag that I own which I will replace with this one.

The Verdict: Trendy Memo has a total value of $48.00. Their monthly value fluctuates monthly and some months it’s around $40-$50+. So, keep that in mind if you decide to subscribe. I enjoyed everything in this box, especially the lunch cooler. I love the color theme throughout the box, rose gold makes everything look fancy. This subscription does deliver on sending 5-6 items per month, and the products are suited for my office, they often include beauty, fashion and lifestyle items. Each has their unique style as to how they decide to adorn their desk, and this subscription can assist in the creative process.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? No, you will receive the September box. From Trendy Memo:

Monthly boxes ship between the 1st and 7th of the month.

Value Breakdown: This box cost me $34.99 + $5.99 shipping, but I estimate that I received $48.00 in value. That means I spent approximately the following on each item:

  • Morse Code Bracelet: $11.95
  • Keychain Notepad: $1.71
  • XXL Binder Clip: $7.68
  • Check It Off Notepad: $12.81
  • Lunch Cooler: $6.83

  1. Really like that lunch bag!

  2. I really like that spiral bound Check it off Notepad! There is just something so satisfying about the placing of check mark next to a to do item! Even on days when I’m feeling particularly lazy I make to do lists and put down easy/routine items just to relish in the satisfaction that the check mark provides…
