Summer 2018 ‘Camp Nick’ Nick Box Review

The ‘Camp Nick’ box features items from Salute Your Shorts, Rugrats, Hey! Arnold, Rocko’s Modern Life, and Rocket Power.

It comes with an information card that details the items in the box.

Camp Nick Ringer Shirt – Value $15?

While this shirt isn’t a callout to a specific show or old-school Nick logo – I’m really loving it. They’ve pretty much nailed my favorite shows all in this one graphic – plus, the ringer tee aspect makes it that much nicer for me.

Rocko ‘Hut Sut Raw’ Vinyl Figure – Value $20?

This month include 2 figure – and this one is my absolute favorite! They pulled Rocko on his adventure straight from the ‘Hut Sut Raw’ episode.

This is a very high-quality vinyl figure – this sucker has some weight to it! On top of that – it has all of the detail and high-end paint job that I’ve come to expect from this box.

Helga Bobblehead – Value $15-20?

Last Summer, we got the Arnold bobblehead – this summer, we get Helga!

This one is bigger, too – probably an inch taller than Arnold – which is probably true to the actual drawn characters.

So, now, we have Arnold, Helga, and Stoop Kid! I love building out this little collection.

Camp Anawanna Short – Value $15?

They have these listed as boxer shorts – but I’m actually wearing them right now as just regular lounge shorts because they’re way too big to be worn as boxers.

It has an elastic waistband and has a silky-smooth feel to them. I will be saluting these shorts while I lounge on the couch.

Nick Logo Hat – Value $10-15?

This month also comes with a classic Nick logo hat.

This is more of a dad hat style – it doesn’t have a ton of depth, so it kind of sits on the top of your head.

It’ll fit most with this little latch-strap adjustment.

Reptar Beachball – Value $10?

The Rugrats item in the box is a fun little beach ball.

It features Reptar ascending onto the city! It’s a great product design – Reptar is a separate inflatable apart from the ball, so you’ll have two spots to inflate to get those most out of this beach ball.

Rocket Power Shore Shack Bottle Opener – Value $10?

Show off your Rocket Power pride with this Shore Shack bottle opener. You’ll need to mount this with nails/screws – or use some type of 3M adhesive. It’s a pretty basic opener – but I do feel that the metal portion looks like it goes with the Shore Shack theme.

Camp Anawanna Water Bottle – Value $10?

The second Salute Your Shorts item goes with the shorts – a Camp Anawanna water bottle! This is BPA free and handwash only.

Playing Cards – Value $5-10?

The final item is a deck of playing cards that feature a ton of Nicktoons. I normally don’t care too much for playing cards, but how could I not love these?

Verdict: I always look forward to my quarterly Nick Box – and the Camp Nick box didn’t disappoint. I was already happy with just knowing that we’d be getting two vinyl figures – but everything else was fun, too.
