✍🏼Children with low muscle tone or weaker hand strength may find that this gripper is comfortable and improves their grasp (hence helping to improve fine motor control and legibility of handwriting.) It’s soft and tactile and adds girth to the pencil which can help decrease fatigue during handwriting.
The topper makes for a fun fidget; children can brush the soft spikes against their palms or arms for added tactile stimulation during seated tasks or classroom work which can help improve focus and attention. If not using it as a pencil topper, it can be placed in the palm of the hand and used as a small, discreet tactile hand fidget!
