They did respond to my email and I did got my tracking # my box has been shipped. Hope everyone gets there box soon to.

I too got a shipping number but it says they are waiting for the box. Shipping label created. Does that mean we will get it sometime? I cancelled, too inconsistent for me

Beware, this company deletes comments made on facebook that in any way criticize shady things going on in the company, such as, in my case and other’s cases, comments saying that not receiving my box after a month waiting with no word is not acceptable. I simply made the statement that I was going back to Boxycharm after my experience and they not only deleted all my comments wondering where my box was, but also blocked me from seeing and posting ANY comments on their site at all. Not to mention after I posted a negative review, they have disabled THAT feature as well. I unsubscribed and took out my payment info. Buyer beware.

I do realize that and they eventually did send me tracking info, but it’s the way they delete comments and block people from commenting that angered me most. All they had to do was kindly explain why they were not shipping at the time and we all would have (hopefully!) been understanding.

After reading everyones comments, and wondering where my box was as well, I reached out to their customer service. I received an answer and a tracking number within hours. Last box I received from them was delivered on the 24th which is quite late in the month! I am torn about this box, as they are the first to take your money and the last to ship. I like the contents though…

Amy I agree, i have been waiting for my box also, usually around this time.i would have had my box already… i havent received my cult crushes box either. This is nerve wrecking especially when they are not jot responding to your messages.

You very well may have. They also delete any negative comments off their facebook and block the person complaining from any further comments AT ALL. If that isn’t shady, I don’t know what is.

Just throwing this out there that IBY palettes are SUPER pigmented. Long-lasting, true to color, & a better palette than Morphe or Naked Palette imo!
Got the Desert Vibes one in my Yes Oh Yas & it’s by far my favorite palette ever!! I do find it odd that they didn’t ask for the City palette because these colors would’ve been better for summer/August lol
I would pull the trigger on this for anyone who’s trying to decide!

Thank you for your review I seen the desert palette but didnt order intime, I paused my yoy box for September (unless more spoilers come out that I like) so I could try boxyluxe without having to cancel Ipsy but I think Im gonna add this box for a month atleast anyway, these colors are amazing, not really for fall but gorg none the less.
