I would subscribe to this but the only way to cancel is to call and I avoid talking to people. I bet when called they try very hard to keep you from cancelling. If I could cancel electronically I would sub in minute.

I cancelled by email also and they did not even try to change my mind. They emailed me back within a few hours confirming the cancellation. Also they let you skip the month if you want. You do have to skip by the 4th of that month though. I would resubscribe probably will at some point.

I typed this once and it didn’t go through.

It says on their site;
Cancel anytime by calling our customer service team at 1 (844) 338-5044, Monday-Friday. 6am-9pm PST and Sat 6am-3pm PST.

I went ahead and subbed. I don’t mind canceling via email. Paper trail.

via their website, “Cancel anytime by calling our customer service team at 1 (844) 338-5044, Monday-Friday. 6am-9pm PST and Sat 6am-3pm PST.” I don’t mind emailing to cancel. Maybe they prefer people to call so they don’t mention the option of email.
