They stopped giving us charms for subscribing, back in May. The ways that we can get charms now are by leaving reviews (50 points) and referrals (normally 250 points, unless it’s a “special event” then it’s 500).

I agree with the false promotion. I’m very confused by that. I would’ve loved the Maracuja oil they advertised, I would’ve jumped on that immediately. The last two times I’ve redeemed my charms (8 months and 15 months ago maybe) I’ve recieved an email several day later apologizing that the items I chose were sold out. I’ve had charms building up for years (usually I don’t jump on in time). I don’t need lipsticks, ect. I love love love my boxy, I can’t complain but I’m also upset about how anyone that recieved the becca primer, and purchased the limited edition box months back, will be receiving a bonus item due to the duplicate. I would LOVE a becca primer!!! I seem to end up with lashes, or anything else every time. I’ve been subscribed over 4 years and leave negative (not negative but not my thing) reviews that I don’t wear lashes each time. Again, the box is still welllll worth it!!! Just bummed me out that the item I would’ve loved, those charmers are also getting a bonus item 🤷🤷

I have almost 10 thousand! I’ve been subscribed for about 4 years, I try to check often but I always miss anything I’d spend them on haha. And the few times I have attempted to use them my transaction went through and I recieved an email days later apologizing that they were out of stock and they credited me my charms back. I used them once on leave in conditioner. I’m so lip and eye producted out!!! Again worth every penny every time but I looove that Maracuja oil and got super excited that they advertised it to be in the charm room!

I am shocked by this negativity. So many of you are acting very ungrateful for something so many others would just love to have the means to purchase. Good grief, just be thankful for this luxury!

I pay for the box, it’s not a gift. I expect to have the same value as everyone else paying the same amount for their box. That doesn’t make me ungrateful. That makes me a consumer with a legitimate gripe. I get so sick and tired of all these be grateful comments, as if we’re spoiled brats. We’re paying for this. It’s not free. I paid for a box this month that I will use literally NOTHING in. The colors are horrendous, including the bright pink lipstick and I don’t wear lashes. I could have spent that 21.00 on anything else, including a product at Sephora that I WOULD use. Instead I may as well have tossed it in the fireplace.

I got an email yesterday notifying me that there would be new items in the charm shop today, but just like last month… The products they said would be there weren’t put there! That’s pretty annoying.

They were put there around 2:30pm and sold out almost instantly. Their email said they would update at 3:00pm so by that time the items were already gone. They must have had very small quantities of each.

these items were in charmshop forever, except last two. I received e-mail from them yesterday that they will be restocking their shop, but adding two more items, not exactly restocking.

What a boring box :/ I just opened my box and looked at it for 10 secs and shut it ugh 😑 bright pallet I won’t use, brown lipstick, ultra fake looking lashes, cuticle oil for the hundredth time brown potted eyeliner and gold eye masks…. only thing I’ll use it the gold eye masks 🙁

Same. I was really disappointed with this one. I actually emailed their customer service to tell them how unhappy I am with this month’s box. All I wanted was the Becca backlight primer. Didn’t get it. That palette is so ridiculous, I cannot understand what their team was thinking when they decided to put it in there. I also got orange lipstick. It was like they had a warehouse full of junk and decided to make a box with it.

I picked up a nice pink colorpop lip gloss today and it isn’t listed here. Nice to not get brown. Not quite as excited about this box as I have been for every single other one. Got the alert that I am getting the lashes. Do people really wear them all that much? I never have.

They are no longer doing the 250 charms per box anymore. It’s only 50 per review and 500 per referral. It’s the info that is under how to get charms in their faqs section.
