There is no way that necklace is $80. Does this box typically inflate retail values? I used to work in jewelry, and not even the sterling silver pieces were that expensive.

And this just pushed me into cancelling my subscription. I’ve tolerated/ignored the discounts offered a week or two after receiving my box, but now they’re offering steep discounts before even shipping to subscribers? Zero benefit to subscribing…

Is it only for new subscribers? It keeps stating that “FALLSTYLE” coupon is not valid for me.

I’ll never give them any money, ever again. They never delivered my winter box, so I filed a complaint with my credit card company after they never responded to at least a dozen emails. They claimed it was delivered, and my credit card company reversed the refund. I had add ons, the total was over $200. I still haven’t received my box or add ons. My credit card company said there was nothing they could do about it.

The really sad thing was that I was laid off from my job a week before I was charged again. I complained about sexual harassment from my sales reps, and my company fired me.

This was the worst retail experience of my life. I even emailed them and explained that I still hadn’t received my box, I’d been laid off for complaining about my reps harassing me, and they still didn’t respond. No box, and a major financial hit during one of the lowest points of my life.

They simply don’t care.

Even at $30 off, I’m passing. Nothing special here for me for that much money. Maybe if it ever goes down to $50 I’ll pick it up. I saw the Gilt deal the other day and considered it, but I already have those earrings, and I couldn’t figure out where to enter a code on the Gilt site anymore, even on the app.

I just don’t care for this season at all. The belt we received in a FFF and it’s unusable as there are no holes to keep it secure…..it’s simply a wrap around fashion accessory. I donated it. The necklace is similar to the ones form Popsugar and FFF as well and I never wear them. As far as ponchos, my husband is sick of them and I’ve gotten several from boxes. I’m sure it’s difficult to curate to the masses though. I’d like the serum, but that beauty pie mascara can be bought from their website for around 6 or 7 bucks.

I love the capelet! The belt and necklace are interesting. Not so fond of the 5th item being mascara, though.

What is ever the point of a yearly sub to this box?

Did people dislike this box a lot and unsub? (this is one of my least liked from them, personally) All of these sales seem really unfair to annual subs. I consider subscribing every few months, but what’s the point? I get having incentives for ppl to join, but this is too much. They should just lower the box cost and make the accounts easier to manage (I’ve heard nightmare stories about trying to unsubscribe from this).
I think FFF promos are very fair, $10 off first box, but you don’t get to choose as much, annuals get $5 off every box, but they have a lot of choice, which, for me is totally worth the extra $5. BOS is always on deep discount, it’s weird.
