Early this summer, I put my sub on hold until October. Loved July so started a second sub. They cancelled it. Guess you can’t get two boxes… 🙁 anyway, called to restart first sub in July. Never received July, nor August’s. I called again. Where is my August box? I would have to start with September. I don’t get this at all. NOW they are selling August boxes for $7.50. I am super annoyed. I cancelled it all. Allure hds always been one subscription I could count on.
I guess I blew it by putting it on hold in the first place…~ September is false eyelashes with glue. Not for me. There are too many other boxes out there to choose from. Sorry Allure. We are taking a break indefinitely.

I love Allure and i have been getting 1 sub for over a year and a 2nd sub that has been on and off. I just resubscribed to my 2nd sub with a make-up box special offer. I ordered and sent them a thank you email for offering the beauty bundle. I get an email back that says sorry your order has been cancelled you need to re-subscribe.

I love my allure box, even if some months are less than stellar. My favorite discovery in this one was the lip sleeping mask. That, plus the travel size Caudalie? Totally worth it for 7.50, I think.

Yeah I’d get it if I didn’t already have two Allure subscriptions. I love the Caudalie moisturizer and the lip mask, and the highlighter stick isn’t bad too.

Looks like a lot of people skipped this month. I did, and I don’t even want it for $7.50. But they’ll probably have the exact opposite problem for the next couple of months. Those boxes look awesome!

Sorry – by “skip” I did mean cancel for one month. Amazon makes it easy to cancel and re-subscribe though.

Be weary of their customer service. It is nonexistent. I received my August box with broken and damaged product. I emailed them twice and still have received no response. I have been a subscriber for years but I will be cancelling if it isn’t resolved before the end of the month.

Taking this offer means that you would start a subscription with your first box being the August box for $7.50. You don’t get a choice of past boxes.
