Wantable Style Edit Plus Clothing June 2018 Review

When I signed up for this service, I took a pretty lengthy quiz in which I indicated my price, size and style preferences. I would expect what I receive to be reflective of my tastes, and for these boxes to vary quite a bit from subscriber to subscriber. There is also a note from my stylist, Tatjana. It explains why she chose the items she picked for me.

This is the invoice of the items they sent me this month. On the right, it shows my cost to keep each item. The total comes to $417. If I keep everything, I get 20% off, plus I get my $20 styling fee deducted. That means a potential discount of $103.40. That's a deep discount!

Long Sleeve Floral Top by Lucky Brand

Long Sleeve Floral Top by Lucky Brand - Cost to Keep $59

If you read my apparel styling reviews, you probably already know that I am a HUGE fan of Lucky Brand! I really like this top, too, but I don't know if I can handle buying anything with long sleeves this time of year. It is SO HOT here right now. I guess the sleeves are technically three quarters, though... Anyway, I love the print and the trim, and it's a nice, lightweight cotton knit blend. Is it too early to start shopping for fall?

Embroidered Pull-on Pant by DEX - Cost to Keep $60

These lightweight crepe pants remind me a bit of genie pants. I like them! I love the embroidered detail, too. They feel really free and comfortable. Here's a close-up of the embroidery:

Jasmine Printed Blouse by Kut From the Kloth

Jasmine Printed Blouse by Kut From the Kloth - Cost to Keep $68

I just adore this print! Look at how gorgeous it is! I am not usually a big fan of chiffon tops, but this one fits well and is reasonably flattering. It is also super lightweight and slightly sheer. I also like the tab sleeves. It has a very casual-yet-stylish feel to it.

Pleated Front Tie Pant by DEX - Cost to Keep $65

These polyester cropped pants are super cute! I don't love the tie in the front because I feel like it would never be seen and would just add bulk to my silhouette, but otherwise, these are great. They fit well and are a fun length for summer.

Camo Ruffle Dress by Lucky Brand

Camo Ruffle Dress by Lucky Brand - Cost to Keep $69

When I first pulled this dress out of the box, I did not like it. But, once I tried it on and then looked at pictures of myself in it... I love it! It's one of my favorite pieces this month! First of all, it's a very lightweight and SUPER soft cotton knit. It feels amazing, honestly. It also fits well, which really kind of surprised me. It looked a bit tent-ish on the hanger, but on my body, it has some curve to it! There's also something about the fancy ruffle sleeves in a faded, almost worn camo that I just really like! Is this dress awesome, or is my love for Lucky Brand turning me into a fashion victim? I do wish it was just about 5" shorter, though.

Knotted A-Line Top by Michel Studio - Cost to Keep $48

This poly/spandex blend top is yet another winner this month. It's simple and flattering! The knot detail is stylish, and all the proportions are good for me. It's also a good price. This is the kind of top that could easily become a summer staple.

Scoop Neck Top by Love & Legend

Scoop Neck Top by Love & Legend - Cost to Keep $48

If it was not 95 degrees outside right now, this top would have made this whole box perfect for me! But alas, I would never buy a top with long sleeves and this kind of heavy cotton blend knit at this time of year. Otherwise, it's a really great top for me! I love the sleeve drawstring ruching! That's so stylish and unusual! I love that they tie at the cuffs! I also like the colors and print, and I think scoop necks are pretty flattering on me in general. I just couldn't buy a top like this until September at the earliest.

The Verdict: I really love Wantable Style Edit! This month's package was amazing! It was one of my favorite packages from Wantable Style ever! I just love this dress! I also really like the chiffon top and the knotted top. I feel like in terms of cost and value, Wantable sends a good mix of inexpensive and pricier pieces. I also love that they send seven pieces! It's so fun!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Wantable curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. Value Breakdown: This box cost $20.00 with free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside was $417.00. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 20% discount. The $20.00 cost of the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I'd end up spending $313.60 for the whole box. Ultimately, that's a savings of about 25%. The average price per piece is $59.57.

My favorites on you was the knotted a- line top and the camo dress. I agree it needs to be a little shorter but is really flattering on you.

That camo dress is really fun! I’d keep that in a heartbeat- but that Kut from The Kloth top looks awfully sheer. Looks like you might need a cami underneath, and that would defeat the purpose of a sheer, lightweight fabric especially in the heat of summer.

Thks for the review!
