I love Sephora Play and I purchased this box because I love trying new skin care. If I was going to buy all these products in store to try individualy it would cost me more than $200. Most skin samples last me 3-4 weeks with once a day application. I also like the small sample size for travel. The First Aid Beauty Cocnut water cream is alittle heavy for my skin but I will put it in my suitcase when I go camping or to the coast. Although I don’t need that leavel of hydration on a daily basis my play boxes have spared me from over purchasing skincare. I love that Sephora came out with a special addition playboy that focuses on skincare

i’m glad that Sephora finally realized The error of their ways on the Sephora play luxury issue they had last year with having a bigger supply of boxes but it’s very disappointing that they have not come out with any Play special Editions in my opinion , that match to the level and quality of the items from last years pink boxes. I was fortunate to get one of each that were available but those products were far superior than any of the special edition boxes I’ve seen so far this year. When the first one came out with the eyes in that special little glittery bag I unfortunately got three of them in as the reviews on the Sephora website clearly show most people were not impressed at all and neither was I. Frankly with the worldwide exposure and product range Sephora offers I just don’t understand why these special Play edition boxes are not better. I like that they are offering a wider range of different kinds of boxes that the quality of the actual products in them is just not impressive again this is totally my opinion. It’s too bad Sephora does not ask for feedback specifically maybe from the rouge members. They could start there with those rooms members who purchased the special edition boxes and asked for their honest feedback. And well most of us realize we cannot get Le Mer and tons of high end and large samples in these boxes, The pink special edition boxes they did last year actually had high-end products it were a decent size sample enough to at least try it. And I for one have no problem paying a little bit more for a special edition box if it gives the higher end products that most of us are looking for because I personally cannot afford a full size of those high-end products!!

Definitely a pass for me. The value just isnt there for a $20 box. I thought they were going to have better items. My regular play! box has the same value it seems.

The value comes out to $45.80. Seems low for a $20 Play! box considering a lot of $10 boxes are worth >$30. I loved the first “smarts” box, so hopefully the next one is better.

This is the first time I’m going to pass. It’s a nice variety as another has said but I am trying to get through a whole chest of drawer full of samples I have to before they go bad .

I actually like the looks of these items! I feel like there’s a good mix of samples they’ve offered before (they’ve been offering that FAB coconut cream for MONTHS), and new stuff. But there are too many face moisturizers, and given that I literally have a drawer full of moisturizer samples that I’m trying to work through, I can’t justify buying more at this time. If it was a little more varied, I’d be sold on it!

Happy I passed on this one. As someone mentioned recently, the previous boxes really show a problem with value. For example the beauty goals box on their site is valued $22-60 depending on the version. They should make it more even since everyone pays the same. I’m done after the disappointing glitter box.

It was just not tempting at all!
I feel like all the items included have been 100 point perks in the recent past.
