KOJI Angelite U Eyeliner  - Retail Value $13.99

This eyeliner is the nmnl staff pick of the week! KOJI is the Japanese cosmetics brand behind Dolly Wink and created Japan’s first false eyelashes.

I love the cute gold pattern on the packaging. I also like that this is a brown eyeliner instead of the typical black liner that shows up in boxes so often. The description of the eyeliner states that it’s waterproof but also mentions removing it with warm water which seemed odd.

This liner was precise and dried down so quickly. I did find this pretty budge proof. It’s very hot and humid right now so this was a tiny bit smudged at the very end of the night. I was able to get a lot of this off with just warm water but of course, it’s much easier with a makeup remover.

Exfoliation Foot Mask

I've done a BabyFoot mask before so I was excited to see this! This foot mask is designed to rid your feet of hard, dry skin so you're sandal ready! There are two plastic booties in this packet. It definitely feels a little weird to have your feet sitting in goopy bags for 60-90 minutes but your feet feel so soft after you rinse them off. The real foot peel, however, starts about a week after this treatment. Old skin will start peeling off and you'll be left with super smooth feet. It is a little gross to shed skin for a couple days so I definitely suggest wearing socks to bed until it's over!

Setouchi Lemon Bath Salt

These bath salts contain real setouchi lemon juice and I love the vibrant color! I love the citrus scent of this, it really creates a bath that's both relaxing and rejuvenating. I also really appreciate that they included two packets of bath salts. After all the exfoliating and cleansing products in this box, bath salts were a nice way to kick back and rest.

Exfoliation Bubble Pack

When I saw “cuticle bubble pack” on the packaging I assumed this would be a nail treatment but, upon further inspection, this is an exfoliant for your nose! A nose specific exfoliant sounded funny at first but my nose has gotten a little sunburnt and dry so this came at the right time!

The bubble pack has a barely-there fresh scent. The exfoliant was mild but it did leave my nose feeling really smooth and removed any dry skin. I’m not totally sure why this is marketed as a nose-specific exfoliant but I used it on a few other dry skin spots and really liked it.

Puffy Bubble Foam Face Wash

Face wash is the perfect companion to the exfoliation pack. This was a pretty large amount of face wash! This reminded me of a few similar face washes I've received in this box over the years. The consistency is super thick and you need some water to really lather it up. This has no scent and left my skin with a smooth, squeaky clean feeling. I like to follow up this kind of face wash with a really moisturizing serum.

Verdict: I like that this month's No Make No Life box felt like it had a routine built in. After I was done using the eyeliner, I was able to exfoliate and cleanse my skin. I also got to use an exfoliating foot mask which I really loved. Then I finished it off with a lemon bath. I always find the makeup product to be the least exciting item but this eyeliner is very nice. My favorites this month were definitely both exfoliating products - Exfoliation Bubble Pack and Exfoliation Foot Mask
