GlossyBox is a beauty subscription service box that allows customers to sample products monthly. Sampling lets the subscriber fall in love with new products and become life-long brand advocates. Each box is filled with five makeup, hair and skin care products from top brands.

Are you a brand new Glossybox subscriber or already have a sub with them? Liz, is this a promo deal or do all subscribers get the Emma and Chloe deal? Received my box and got nothing about this

“Thank you for getting in touch. So the only way to get the discount is if you received an email of the actual promotion. There it would include your discount. If you did not receive that email then unfortunately you are not eligible for the promotion or you are not one of the first 500 then you won’t be able to use the promotion. ”
This is what they told me. I was under the impression it was for everyone :/

My sub had ended with July and was set not to renew. Then that free box for a 3 month sub promo was offered so I resubscribed for 3 months with the aug box being my first box for that.

Glossy made a mistake? Shocking! Buyer beware! If you’ve read the hundreds of complaints and still do business with them, you deserve what you get…or more likely, DON’T get.

@liz I just contacted Emma and chloe and they said they do not have any offers with glossybox and they are not giving away any free boxes. They are asking me to forward them this link…. this is really weird and i’m about to cancel my new glossybox subscription.

Is the emma and Chloe subscription the one from the code at the end of the email you get for subscribing for three months or is it like a personalized one time use code? Because it looks like all 500 of the email codes were claimed.

I agree with the below poster or the one stating that she didn’t care for boxycharm. I tried them for 4 months and every month i was disappointed. The palettes are not interesting to me. some were ok but overall the products i got – was a big meh. i can use the soundproofing sponge though (ha).
i also have really loved glossybox so far. i like the variety and the sizes of the products. I’m very excited that i can try the jewelry box- that is super fun!

I’m excited to try the Emma & Chloe box. As always, I love the box design this month. I’m in the minority here but I really like Glossybox. I got rid of Boxycharm (too many highlighters and palettes for me) and kept Glossybox, which has a better mix of products for me.

I’m with you. I do enjoy Boxycharm, however way too many eyeshadow palettes and some of them are in crazy clown-like colors. I enjoy Glossybox. Sometimes Glossybox is boring, however for the most part, I enjoy them and will resubscribe for another year.

The first two spoilers for this month aren’t bad at all, for me. Frankly, I’m in product overload and should probably take 6 months off or so from most of my subs. I’ve only got an annual commitment with one, which should be getting close to expiring & I don’t think I’ll allow the renew. Just for a while, though. Long enough so I’m excited by/happy with most of the products I receive again. ☺

Ah wish I could get Glossybox, but I cannot since I am Canadian and they won’t ship to the mail forwarder I pick up at in the US.
Ughhh…NCLA is such a great polish and I Been Drinkin’ is a fabulous summer color! It’s gorgeous!

Too expensive, as duty, fees and taxes are charged for this box (unlike Boxycharm and FFF). Works out to be double the price of the box. 🙁

I’d suggest looking back at the reviews and checking out the items included in both. They are owned by the same parent company but I’ve had better luck with Look Fantastic’s customer service.
