  1. I sent my whiney customer support message today. Here it is in its entirety.

    The last crate I received was the March crate “Still Flying” – it, of course was late. The June crate will be shipping in August??? Does that mean August’s crate will be late by months? Get it together… You are about to be way over paid by my financial accounting. You guys are bordering on lawsuit territory. Not a threat just a reminder there are laws for not providing services already paid for. You guys are 3 crates behind what I will have paid for by the time I get the next one. I want the entire collection but I didn’t get in by the first crate. At least for us out here wanting to continue you could do a reissue of the crates we’ve missed and I bet a lot of people would go easier on you. Reviews online were at 5 stars when I started ordering, currently the public is struggling to give you one star reviews… Look at my account, see what I don’t have from the Firefly Crate and tell me. I’ve been a member since June 2016. 2 years should get me some kind of respect for dealing with the constant delays. 10 dollars off the vault is not an incentive. Giving us what we have missed out on at a half price option would be a better deal. Respond to this and let all of us out here know what is going on, not just a delay… every time. Fire the vendors and get new ones. As long as it is Firefly oriented I think everyone would understand better and probably even give you props for replacing someone not doing their jobs… The same answer every time of “supplier delays” is not working. If it is financial problems within your company, I think we would deserve the correct information, not some made up excuses. My financial records show February, April and June as payments. August payment date is rolling around very fast. This will put you at the aforementioned 3 cycles behind.

  2. Wow, so glad I canceled. That is a ridiculous delay

    • I cancelled after this crate and I’m wishing I had done it one crate before. They don’t even have a theme for the July crate and it’s the last day of the month.

      • And yet (better check) you’ve probably already been charged for the one after because Loot Crate’s billing is the one thing about them that’s NEVER late!
