I just got mine today and i’m super happy. I received:

Comes out to over $150, well over what they promised. Some might say it’s lip-heavy, but I like lipstick so it’s a win. I was expecting a setting spray but I think I’ll use the B.B. cream much more. Lucky for me the medium shade will work.

I just ordered myself two! One for myself as a birthday treat, and another for my friend for her birthday… I wonder if the boxes will be the same? Or different. I’m really excited to find out, but I’m also afraid I’m going to be highly disappointed. I really don’t want them to be “goodbye” items, since it seems like MAC has quite a few of these on sale right now. But then it also says that they are 7 full-sized faves… so it can’t be, right?

Thanks so much for posting about the Gilt City coupon. I justified the mystery haul purchase by getting a Studio Fix foundation powder for just about free. I even went to the MAC counter at Macy’s to see what shade I am!

I’m excited for this! I did the math though, and it breaks down to an average value of $13 per item if the RV is $95.50-plus. It would have to be a LOT plus to be full-size full-price MAC products bc they’re usually $18-plus. So if it is close to $95, then that would mean a few of the Goodbye products or something else that’s lower-priced bringing the RV down.

Just had a thought regarding “Mystery Haul may contain our top setting spray Prep + Prime Fix + / Little MAC,” if you look at that product page, that’s literally its title, including the words “Little MAC,” complete with the extra plus sign and the slash.
So I am taking that to mean that we might get six full size items plus the smaller prep and prime fix, which retails for $12. If that’s the disclaimer about full-size and it’s just the one item a few people might get, that’s not so bad that they’re at least being honest.

it said 7 FULL size items… that’s a bit deceiving if they add little mac items as those are not full size.

I guess I’m just unlucky. I contacted the chat line and they said the mystery box is a special promotion and Is excluded from the Gilt City promotion. They had no answer as to why others were able to use their codes.

I ordered the Pearlmatte Palette (which looked really neat to me) for $34 and the mystery haul and it let me use the coupon. I wasn’t careful and it added $5 delivery at the end for $5 (which I didn’t need) so watch for that. I am hoping this is great. My teenage daughter talked me into it. Think that will float with hubby????

I placed my order five min ago. When I added their face kit, the code did not work. So I deleted it and added cleansing oil instead and code worked for mystery bundle and cleansing oil. All was free shipping.

I am with you. I love MAC but for the price I would hate to get 7 items that dont work for me. I sure wish we had something to go by. I am really fair skinned and many of the colors would not be good on me. But I love MAC! Decisions, decisions!!!!!
