If they would make these kits $15 – $20.00 max, I might buy one – at $28.00, the value is not there (for me) – a lot of samples!

I agree. I am not feeling it for the price. I just signed up in May excited to try BB but have already experienced a shipping fiasco (box never sent) so I am not sure about even staying with them.

The only full size item is Birchbox. Should they just give it out as a free sample? Or add it in the Box?
I think they think they’re selling higher Brands and they really are. Getting a little too big for their britches.
