Splendies Women's Underwear Subscription May 2018 Review
Splendies Blue Patterned Hipster Undies, Size Large - Listed Retail Value $12.00
The first pair this month are from the Splendies private label and feature a tropical blue pattern resembling sand dollars and sunflowers. It's made up of 87% nylon and 13% spandex which make these ultra soft. The scalloped lace trim matches the blue pattern and it's topped with a white bow in the center. I was worried these may be a little too tight on me but when I popped them on, they fit like a dream.
Wilshire Montana Intimates White and Red Hipster Undies, Size Large - Listed Retail Value $12.00
These crisp white undies have the look of cotton but are actually 95% rayon and 5% spandex. They're extremely lightweight so they'll be perfect for the warm months and feature a cute red lace trim to sauce up the otherwise plain look. I also thought these might be too small when I laid them flat against the floral pair but they fit perfectly without pinching. Supes cute!
Splendies Floral Hipster Undies, Size Large - Listed Retail Value $12.00
I really love the style of undies that have a flat no-show edge so I was happy to see these in the sub this month. I also appreciate that this pink, purple, and green floral patterned pair of Splendies brand hipster has a black background that allows a pop of color but still keeps it dark. They're also incredibly soft and have the info printed on the inside of the back instead of having a pesky tag (my arch nemesis of undies). The other great thing is that these 86% nylon 14% spandex blend skivvies are machine washable and safe to tumble dry.
The Verdict: I am officially an underwear hoarder and Splendies is my enabler. One can never have too much underwear and I enjoy getting surprise colors, styles, and brands via this subscription each month. Each tag had a listed MSRP of $12.00 and since the cost of the sub is only $13.99 it's almost like getting two pairs for free! All three this month seem like a good quality and are crazy comfy. A real win for me.
